"The house was a bit small for a group of 7. I can't imagine 9 people. The WiFi password would not work and it seemed the LAN cable for connecting to the internet was missing. We had to use our mobile data the whole stay. Other than that, it was fine and did the trick to house our group for 2 nights."

"Les Alouettes was as described. A great chalet for two families of four with extra 2 beds on a mezzanine. It was a shortish walk to a button/T-bar lift/bus to gondola - we used hire car to go to car park nearer lifts as too far for children in ski-boots. Not many food shopping outlets so worth getting a shop delivered (very efficient Coop service). The chalet was really comfortable with very good facilities for cooking (we didn't eat out at all). "Chalet Hirondelle in Mases is a beautiful house with a breathtaking view. The house is very comfortable, everything is there that you need for a relaxed stay. We just missed a Raclette machine. The environment is very good for walking and for exploring the beautiful villages and mountains."

La vue de la montagne de la terrasse est magnifique et le coucher du soleil illumine les monts d'une lumière légèrement rosée. Ces 14 jours en juillet nous ont ressourcés et le temps de plus était vraiment très beau. Le soir la température tombe vers les 20 degrés ce qui permet de passer des nuits agréables. The views are great driving can be a bit challenging, climbing the mountain but we are happy that we had a car as this small town had only very few stores. The house is nice and clean but not big. I think overall you will have a great experience!!"

"It was even better than we remembered it from 10 years ago. Same mountains, rivers, skies, alps, meadows, cows etc. The house is reassuringly un-posh, which is exactly what you want with teenagers in the party. It is however very comfortable. Stunning views. We hope to return. On the debit side we could have done with more written directions about the TV etc. The Dishwasher left a lot of things smeary and we gave up on it. But...PLEESE can we come again!"
