"It was a lovely stay in this holiday home, near the bars, restaurants and shops of St. Luce. Although a lot of the spots seems permanently closed (due to the Covid crisis of the last years?). The house offers a panoramic view on the environment and the sea of St. Luce and has a nice tropical garden with an amazing swimming pool. It indeed even seems better than at the site pictures... :-) There are two nice climatized rooms and a 'tropical' style atmosphere in the living room and the parlor......

"Please don’t hesitate to stay here, for us it has been utterly amazing. Every night we have watched the fireflies and listened to the waves. We have watched the humming birds every morning whilst eating our breakfast. We even watch. Mongoose trot round the garden. This villa has everything you need for a perfect . The owner answered all our questions and was very accommodating when we needed to change our dates . "

It’s hard to list all the positive… the constant sound of the waves, the direct access to the beach for long morning walks and endless swims, the south facing orientation for sun all day long, the walking access to the market, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, and the comfort of the house itself, made it a perfect holiday place, and we can’t wait to be back."

Location gérée par Caroline, personne compétente, avenante et à l’écoute des petits problèmes à régler.Cependant, deux points moins agréables à signaler : - Le chantier de construction d’une maison à quelques mètres engendrant d’importants désagréments.- La circulation sur la route aux abords de la villa, est également à prendre en compte."

"Villa identique à la description. Très bien équipée. Piscine et extérieur très agréables, dans un quartier calme. Petit salon externe derrière la maison pour l'apéritif du soir, à proximité de la plancha. Chambres avec climatisation silencieuse. La villa est déportée du centre ville, mais accès très rapide aux commerces, aux plages et voies de communications."

Le logement est simple et tout à fait conforme à la description. MIGUELE est disponible pour vous guider . Nous avons adoré la presqu’île de la caravelle ! C’est un endroit magnifique! "
