Large and bright T2, with a large living room (kitchen, laundry closet, SAM, living room) about 25 mÂČ, glass passageway serving the bedroom and the open bathroom (with walk-in shower) dressing room, Toilet independent. The whole has been refurbished.
Each room (including the toilets) is FACE MER, with a breathtaking view of the Ile de RĂ©.
TERRACE of 55 mÂČ, and its land overlooking the beach. POSSIBLE DIRECT ACCESS

Magnifique studio au bord de l'eau toute les commodités sont au rdv. Le bruit de la mer et la vue est juste incroyable.Appartement propre et avec tout ce qu'il faut.Vraiment un coup de coeur !

C'est un trÚs bel emplacement juste en face de la mer et nous avons passé une trÚs belle semaine en famille. La communication avec le gérant était facile. Le mobilier nécessiterait un petit coup de neuf et notamment la literie. Merci pour ce beau séjour en tout cas

UN REPOS ASSURER

Lorsque l'on souhaite se reposer profiter du soleil, de l plage, de la pÚche, le lieu est idéal La literie est au top. logement trÚs bien équipé. Bon ok seul bémol le store banne trÚs capricieux mais indispensable lorsqu'il y a du soleil. Bref je recommande

28 jours face à l'océan dans un appartement u calme, discret, les pieds dans l'eau et trÚs bien agencé. Il ne manquait de rien! Sympa pour une location ou l'on est pas obligé de tout racheter.

Exactly what we wanted

The apartment is as described. It is directly at the beach and there is sea view from everywhere (bed, toilet, shower etc.). The kitchen is very well equipped. We did not meet Alain but the contact via mail was always very nice. We would love to go there again in future.

SĂ©jour fabuleux par la vue et les pieds en direct sur le sable de la plage. DĂ©co atypique annĂ©e 1970. Envie d’y retourner malgrĂ© 2 bĂ©mols, le confort du canapĂ© et du lit qui mĂ©riteraient une Ă©volution......

Superbe petite maison les pieds dans l ocĂ©an, belle terrasse donnant directement sur la plage, intĂ©rieur trĂšs agrĂ©able , belle vue partout oĂč l on se trouve dans la maison!!!(mĂȘma dans les toilettes !!!), trĂšs calme(hors saison), les contacts avec le propriĂ©taire ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs sympa , commences Ă  proximitĂ© (1,5kms), nous sommes venus pour profiter de l’ocĂ©an Ă  toutes heures, et cet endroit est un vrai paradis !!!

Idéalement situé

Immense plage qui devient dĂ©serte le soir. Magnifiques ballades le matin. La terrasse de l'appartement est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un store ce qui permet d'ĂȘtre Ă  l'ombre et pratiquement sur la plage.... C'est gĂ©nial ! L'appartement est idĂ©al pour deux personnes. Vue sur la mer de la cuisine Ă  la chambre. C'est magique !
