Très bon accueil de la part de Stéphanie; appartement tout à fait conforme à l' annonce : souhaitons souligner une literie de bonne qualité - une douche spacieuse - une cuisine bien agencée - emplacement de cette location idéal : 50 m de la plage, proximité du centre ville de la Tranche. Nous avons eu de plus durant notre séjour un beau temps, nous permettant de nous offrir un début d' année à la fois reposant et ressourçant. La famille est unanime pour renouveler un séjour prochain !!

Nous avons passés un bon séjour propriétaire très gentil l appartement est très beau décoré avec goût on si sent bien et très propre . Proche de la mer juste la route à traversé et le centre de la ville a 7 mm à pied ce qui est très agréable je le conseille pour passer de bonnes vacances j espère y retourner bientôt.

Appartement très fonctionnel. Très bien équipé. rien à redire. L'emplacement est idéal car rue pas passagère du tout, on traverse la rue et la mer est là. Le parking pour la voiture à proximité.Le centre ville a - 10 minutes à pied. Les propriétaires très sympathiques . Je recommande vivement cet appartement .

Logement soigné, propre et très pratique. Accès direct à la plage appréciable, ainsi que jardinet et terrasse plutôt agréable. Le logement était parfait pour nos besoins (enfant et chien) à cette saison très calme (octobre) et encore si douce.

Très agréable week end prolongé face à la mer! Belles grandes plages appréciées également avec notre toutou. Idéalement situé, 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville, escapade vivifiante! Séjour parfait !
A une époque de l'année où, mon épouse et moi même, recherchons calme et repos, notre séjour à La Tranche Sur Mer à été parfait, le gite correspondant en tous points à nos attentes, avec de longues balade sur le front de mer, et la découverte d'une région maritime magnifique, de Rochefort aux Sables d'Olonne. Gîte très agréable, notre petit cocker (qui nous suis partout) à particulièrement apprécié la terrasse couverte et le jardinet clôt qu'il à tout de suite adopté comme terrain de jeu, et d'observation !! Très bon séjour.

NOUS AVONS ADORE CETTE LOCATION
UN CADRE AGREABLE et vue sur mer!! , décoré sans surcharge ,personnalisé avec goût dans les tons de bleu . Déjà avant de s'installer on se sent bien . l'aménagement est pratique fonctionnel.LE top on traverse la rue (peu passante en cette saison )et on est sur la plage . Superbe emplacement avec vue sur l'océan et plage à 50 mètres. Centre ville à 5´ à pieds, top !
Décoration intérieure soignée, grande baie vitrée ouvrant sur la petite terrasse, wifi, accès TNT... La route qui passe devant la maison est uniquement celle du lotissement donc peu fréquentée et sans nuisance. Emmenez des vélos, vous pourrez accéder à la plage de la Terrière en 15' maxi, là où les vagues sont un peu plus grosses. Le centre ville de la Tranche est très animé, nombreux commerces et marchés. Bref, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, nous recommandons +++ !
