"La localisation dans la station est assez pratique avec l'ascenseur panoramique, par contre les services fournis ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qui m'avait été dit au téléphone, pas d'accès aux activités de la station (remontées mécaniques, piscine, etc...) si le séjour ne dure pas une semaine, grosse déception, d'autant plus que le week-end il n'y a pas de remontées mécaniques, ni d'activités particulières..... "The rooms were nice, modern and tidy. But it was very small in the toilet The food was amazing however not much option for young kids. Everything was in french so had to guess what the food was. With an allergy I find this quite surprising that you don’t alsl have English written. The staff was accommodating in the restaurant and bar. However the reception staff I found very rude, abrupt and very unhelpful. I was not advised of the hotel amenities and general hotel information. With no English...

"We chose this apartment as it was nearly £1000 cheaper than any other options in the Meribel/Meribel-Mottaret area so weren't expecting much but we were actually pleasantly surprised that the room was clean, you could walk directly onto the slopes and there was a free bus service & gondala that ran almost directly next to it. However the man working behind reception was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. The apartment is not easy to find so we called the number listed to get directions...

"Excellent séjour au Pulka. Le personnel était adorable, la chambre confortable avec une belle vue sur la montagne, un chauffage facile à régler. On a pu profiter de la piscine, du sauna et du hamam après la journée de ski. C'était vraiment appréciable! Je ne peux pas commenter les repas. On ne les a pas pris sur place mais le petit déjeuner était correct et très varié, même si les oeufs brouillés et les patisseries industrielles n'étaient pas exceptionnels. Mais c'était agréable avant daller...

"The staff here are very helpful. There is a spa/pool. It is ski in/out. We had an apartment for 8 with mountain views; this consisted of a main bedroom with ensuite, a second double bed bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds with a curtain. The apartment was spacious and I would recommend it."
