"Stay was spoilt by the fact that despite booking two rooms on Hotels.com and showing a copy of the booking the hotel insisted there was only one room booked. The reception eventually agreed to the second room and the guests had to pay rather than using the card the hotel was reserved with. The Hotel was fine but the check-in admin was disappointing."
