Apartment Montserrat (Premium) is a penthouse apartment ideal for 2 pax or couples. It is extremely spacious and offers an extra sensation of noble grandeur due to the 6.5-meter-high beamed ceilings. The large balcony provides spectacular views of the castle and the medieval village. The apartment is cool in summer and cosily warm in spring, autumn, and winter (underfloor heating using solar energy). It also has wide doorways and no thresholds (except for the balcony), making it accessible to everyone (elevator available). There's a deep sense of mindfulness here – they use water from their own spring and solar energy for electricity, hot water, and underfloor heating.
