"We really liked the employees and the property is beautiful, our only complaint is we are from Miami and during some cold nights we were told they could not make the rooms any warmer due to laws in Italy to save on energy. We stayed in many places around Italy for almost a full month and never had an issue in any other location."

"Such a cute little Villa just outside of Pistoia. Stayed there all week. Kitchen was great with most items supplied. Bed was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. Couch in living rm was very old and hard to sit on. The owners are the BEST and try to make your stay most pleasing. Nice pool and views. Very convenient to Pistoia and Florence. Would use again, but can only hope they upgrade bed and couch. Would rate as a GOOD plus."

"Das Haus liegt in einer Schlucht am Ende des Dorfes. Wer die Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist in dieser Lage gut aufgehoben. Allerdings müssen an der Ausstattung des Hauses dringend Erneuerungen vorgenommen werden. Sehr alte Möbel und die Räume sind ausgesprochen finster. Besonders die Küche und das Bad Bedarf einer Überholung. In der Küche findet man nur alte, minderwertige Dinge. Weder Wasserkocher noch Toaster ist vorhanden. Aufgrund der Lage am Bach und Waldrand ist man den Insekten ausgesetzt."

"Casa che risponde esattamente ai nostri criteri di soggiorno in autogestione con un gruppo di 12 adulti sui 70 anni, tutti in buona forma. L'interno è accogliente, confortevole, con stanze ampie e ben ammobiliate in stile. Anche l'esterno permette di godere del panorama in un quadro di assoluta tranquillità. "We enjoyed our stay in this charming and updated farmhouse. Our host Alvaro was helpful and communicated very promptly and clearly. Some things it's important to know about the property: 1. The roads leading in are very winding, 1-lane (2-way) roads and can be challenging especially at night. You have to execute an uphill 3-point turn to get into the driveway. If you are not comfortable with this kind of driving, it's not a good fit for you. 2. Driving into Florence is pretty easy, but takes...

"We enjoyed a one night stay here. The room was comfortable for my family of 5. We enjoyed the onsite swimming pool. One reason why we stayed here was to be close to Florence. We were rewarded with a straight shot right into the east side of the city in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday night. We lucked out and found parking just outside the city center. Upon our return, we used our room key to reenter the building and our apartment. One thing to note is there is steep hill from the parking area...

"L’appartement était très propre et spacieux. Nous n’étions que 2 mais convient très facilement pour 4. Monde de maison totalement fourni. La cuisine est équipée avec les bases. L’hôte est très gentil et accessible, parle plusieurs langues et très disponible. Accessible en centre ville en 15 à 20 minutes de bus avec un arrêt à 10 minutes à pied, idéalement situé !"
