They anticipated my needs and gave helpful recommendations for places to go in the area The bath room was clean, along with a nice warm shower and bed was very comfortable. The room felt a bit sparten and would have liked a coffee carafe because my habit is having a coffee first thing in the morning. Overall, though the hotel was a super value. Although the hotel has no restaurant, the nearby Chinese restaurant was great. Also next door a nice bar with pool tables. Great fun place 5 stars and if I return to Santiago in the future, this is my place "

"Our room was the room closest to the front desk and I had to go tell the clerk that I could hear him talking and it 6:30 am. I think they should not use that room for guests."
