Maison familiale
Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour dans ce lieu, parfait pr une famille avec enfants car le lieu dispose de plusieurs activités (table de ping pond, piscine, velo, toboggan, trampoline...) et est bien situé pour visiter la region, en voiture ou en vélo. Maison agréable quand nous sommes plusieurs familles. Accueil tres sympathique , je rceommande !!! merci

Tolles Haus mit großem Garten
Alles hat gepasst, Pool, Garten gut gepflegt, Ruhige Wohngegend und angrenzendes Waldgrundstück (Park mit Fahrradweg)… Das einzige , Handtücher muss man mitbringen, haben wir zwar recht spät nachgefragt und hatten keine dabei, aber man kann vor Ort alles im Laden nachkaufen

LA maison de vacances par excellence
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour entre amis dans cette maison familiale. On s’y sent bien dés qu’on y rentre , il y’a absolument tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour idéal : l’accueil chaleureux ,le confort , la convivialité du lieux , l’emplacement , les équipements… c’est aussi le paradis pour les enfants tout y est pensé pour qu’ils s’éclatent . Nous avons eu de la chance, le soleil était avec nous. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très bien placée à la Teste de Buche. Nous n'avons pas trop profité de la piscine, la trouvant un peu fraîche ! Laëtitia qui nous a accueillie est super sympa !

Séjour incroyable entre amis ! :D
Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans la villa entre amis. La maison est spacieuse, extrêmement bien équipée (que ce soit pour jouer : table de ping pong, billard, petit babyfoot, vélos, piscine avec jeux, raquettes, etc, ou cuisiner). Très agréable pour les séjours à plusieurs avec de grandes tables dans le salon et sous la pergola couverte, pouvant accueillir tout le monde. Le terrain clos et le petit sous-bois situé juste derrière la maison ont été particulièrement appréciés par notre chienne. Le quartier est très calme, et bien placé par rapport à Arcachon, la dune du pyla et les différentes activités. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! ^^

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ,la propriété est très bien située dans un cadre ombragé , calme et très agréable La villa est très bien équipée pour le séjour et les loisirs Seul petit couac nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la piscine malgré les efforts du propriétaire Malgré ceci nous avons passé un trés agréable séjour , à renouveler lors d'un prochain passage dans la région

Super maison pour familles
Super séjour dans cette maison bien équipée pour les familles. Plusieurs vélos à disposition pour se déplacer, et proche de tout en voiture : 10min de la dune du Pyla, d'Arcachon ou des plages océanes. L'alarme de la piscine ne fonctionne pas toujours très bien donc la prudence est de mise avec des tout petits, tout s'est bien passé !

One week holiday.
We had a great time. So many activities provided at the property. That made a big difference. We managed to use the swimming pool even though it was the beginning of April as we had some good weather. We used the bikes for a fun ride. Went on the Dune du Pilat for a picnic. Took a boat from Arcachon to Cap Ferret for the day and some of us went for a swim in the sea. Visited Arcachon and the tower called la Belvedere and the park. Went shopping and stopped for a drink. We also went to the Petit Nice for a walk along the beach and took some fabulous photos etc.....

Bien situé, Très calme.
Vacances du 13 au 20/05/2023. Soleil avec maxi 21° et vent froid. On a très peu utilisé la piscine pour cause de la fraîcheur de l’air malgré qu’elle était chauffée à 26° et bien entretenue. Les photos sont conformes. Étant en début de saison, il a été dommage de constater que les extérieurs n’étaient pas propre mais rien à dire sur la propreté intérieure. Maison bien équipée en ustensiles de cuisine mais un manque de verres sauf pour la bière, on voit que le propriétaire est un amateur de ce produit 😉 et il serait bon de mettre un aiguiseur à couteaux. Stationnement aisé dans la cour devant pour 4 véhicules et même en extérieur. Le propriétaire nous avait envoyé toute une description de ce qu’il y a faire dans le secteur et complété à l’arrivée par le gérant immobilier.

Maison aux grands espaces permettant à chacun de trouver sa place. Jardin avec espace de jeux appréciés. Les différents intervenants (piscine + maison) sont sensibles aux remarques et réactifs si besoin. Seul bémol, piscine non utilisable à notre arrivée.

Très bon séjour !
Un accueil et une présentation de la maison très complète. Une maison spacieuse et agréable, bien équipée. Ce n'était évidemment pas la saison pour profiter de la jolie piscine et de la terrasse couverte mais nous avons quand même fait quelques parties de pétanque sur le terrain aménagé au fond du jardin. Semaine au calme et énergisante.

La maison est bien placée dans un quartier très calme et proche de toutes commodités. Elle est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. La piscine est très bien entretenue. Il y a aussi des vélos qui sont mis à notre disposition pour pouvoir se déplacer ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison, piscine chauffée et jardin très agréable. Tout est bien équipé ! On a profité du billard, du tennis de table..etc on espère y revenir un jour avec nos enfants !

Superbe maison qui tient bien ses promesses. Son équipement est complet ! Une piscine chauffée, un jardin équipé pour les enfants au top ; les miens me demandent dès maintenant d’y retourner pour nos prochaines vacances ! Les vélos sont un vrai plus, nous avons énormément vadrouillé avec. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour ses conseils avisés concernant les balades et les loisirs sportifs !
