Beautiful House for a family vacation
The house was clean and beautifully decorated with a master suite downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs. We enjoyed using the pool during the day and the hot tub at night. Location is great too, less than 10 min drive to great seafood restaurants in Arcachon and 20 min drive to the dunes! The only downside is the crazy amount of mosquitos at sunset - bring some repellent and candles! Also, please note, shampoo and soap are not provided, but the hypermart is not too far away.

Tout à fait adapté pour un groupe de 12 personnes
Très agréable petite maison bien placée et bien équipée. Même le spa extérieur était fonctionnel et nous l’avons bien apprécié (même avec une météo glaciale en cette fin d’année). Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire. Par contre il n’y a pas d’interlocuteur sur place et nous avons un peu tâtonné pour faire fonctionner certains appareils. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passés un excellent sejour, propriétaires a l'écoute. Nous avons meme pu repartir plus tard. Juste un petit point a revoir la propreté mais pas la faute du propriétaire. Le jacuzzi au top, dommage que nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine (hivers) mais nous reviendrons sans hesiter. Quartier très calme.

Belle maison
Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille dans la maison. Celle ci offre de belles prestations comme la piscine et le jaccuzzi. Nous avions une semaine avec de grosses chaleurs, la piscine était très appréciable. Un petit bémol pour le manque de climatisation à notre goût. Le quartier est très calme, c'est agréable d'être à la fois proche de toutes les commodités mais tranquille dans un petit quartier. Nous avons eu de mauvaises surprises à notre arrivée concernant la propreté des lieux. Le ménage était très sommaire. Nous avons de suite appelé la concierge qui est venu rectifier le tir rapidement. Dommage pour cette perte de temps et d'énergie.

Il y a tout l’essentiel pour passer de bonnes vacances ! La literie est super, les chambres sont agréables. La déco est très sympa et l’extérieur est vraiment super avec la piscine, le jacuzzi, la cuisine extérieure et tout l’équipement (table à manger, banquette et table basse etc) !

Nous avons énormément apprécié la maison, elle est très jolie, moderne et très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, la jacuzzi et la cuisine extérieure. Tout est réuni pour passer un séjour de rêve. J’ai hâte de relouer la maison de Christophe!

A notre arrivée, La maison était parfaitement propre. Nous mettons un petit bémol pour l’impossibilité d’utiliser le jacuzzi le premier jour (eau verte) et pour le ménage non fait dans la cuisine d’été. Toutefois, le propriétaire est très à l’écoute. Ce logement est décoré avec goût, il est idéalement situé et est très agréable.
