"La localisation dans la station est assez pratique avec l'ascenseur panoramique, par contre les services fournis ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qui m'avait été dit au téléphone, pas d'accès aux activités de la station (remontées mécaniques, piscine, etc...) si le séjour ne dure pas une semaine, grosse déception, d'autant plus que le week-end il n'y a pas de remontées mécaniques, ni d'activités particulières..... "great hotel if you’re staying with young children family entertainment every night buffet meals good choices 2min walk to ctr town and sku lifts , bar and function room lots of kids till about 10 pm , there is an area by reception you can escape to from the kids with pool tables and seating area ( free wine with evening meal ) "

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"A good apartment, nice sized rooms and well appointed kitchen (no oven though). Spa area very nice and standards in the apartments all good. Only downside is no internet in any of the apartments which is very poor in this day and age. It is located a little away from the centre, but a regular (free bus service) is at the road end, there is large supermarket a short walk away and several places to eat nearby including pizza takeaway. "The staff is kind and the facilities are well maintained. It is a suitable facility for business trips. If there is anything to improve, the breakfast buffet lacked fresh vegetables, and the Internet service was unstable when Wi-Fi was used in the room. "
