Ci tengo a far presente che l'appartamento è vicino alla linea ferroviaria(dove i treni non passano nelle ore centrali della notte) e ne sconsiglio quindi la permanenza a chi ha un sonno leggero.
Quartiere storico di Pegazzano tranquillo in zona circondata dal verde , vicino terminal bus n. 1 e a circa 10 minuti dalla stazione ferroviari di La Spezia Centrale. Nel quartiere si trovano caratteristici negozi di prossimità ( panificio, verduraio, macelleria) ,bar e ristoranti, farmacia e ufficio postale. Chi ama attività all'aperto troverà pista ciclabile e pump track , campo di atletica, piscina comunale e campi da tennis.

Beautiful space, but noisy
The apartment was incredibly beautiful and clean. We appreciated the laundry and the well-appointed kitchen. We hadn’t done our research on the location, so the frequent trains were a surprise, but overall a great stay. Grazie, Alessia!
