"Great location for access to the city. The hotel staff were amazingly kind and let us check-in early and gave us recommendations for restaurants nearby. Relatively clean, but sheets were ripped and there was no running water in the showers or sinks for half of our two-night stay. "

"Pros: The staff were the best thing about this property. Ariel and everyone else were super, all were friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for better. We liked the location near the center and found it convenient to get there and to the Convention Center. The price is a good value. Overall we were happy. "I have stayed in over 1200 hotels in my life. THIS WAS THE WORST. STAY AWAY!!!! A power surge took out my laptop while I was in my room. This is obviously a huge problem. Staff were worse than useless with that problem and other requests. I asked them to recommend a computer repair place and they suggested a cell phone store. An Uber driver said it was "stupid" and took me to a computer repaid place. I asked their staff to recommend a gym (see below) and they recommended one over 1 km away....
