Comfortable accommodation with pleasant patio and garden
The accommodation was the lower half of a villa situated near the coast, with a view of the sea through the wooded garden. The rooms were of adequate size, simply but comfortably furnished. There was a bathroom with large shower enclosure, washing machine and separate toilet. The kitchen was small but equipped with a two ring induction hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. There was a generous supply of crockery and cutlery. The hosts were most helpful throughout our stay, even coming in to town to meet us on our first arrival when our satnav failed to guide us to their property. I would wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation especially to those seeking a quiet holiday. A car us essential as there is no pub;ic transport nearby.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location with great hosts! Could not have asked for more!!
We had a fantastic holiday here. René and Veronique could not have been better. Not only were they extremely welcoming and friendly but their local knowledge and readiness to advise and help us plan things really helped us get the most out of our holiday! Thank you so much for making our holiday such a great one. The apartment is spacious, well decorated, with all the amenities you need, plus it is lovely and cool on hot summer days. The garden is excellent with great space for dining outside with absolutely beautiful views. The location was great, a very short walk to the sea with both sandy and stones beaches available. The only downside was that we only booked one week. Next time we will stay for longer!

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Wir haben noch nie eine so liebevoll und bedacht eingerichtete Ferienwohnung bezogen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stets bereit, Fragen zu beantworten. Der Blick aus dem idyllischen und gepflegten Garten auf das Meer ist besonders schön. Viele Ausflugsziele sind schnell und gut zu erreichen. Meer und kleine Städte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Joli appartement dans un cadre magnifique
Location meublée et décorée avec goût dans un écrin de verdure. Les propriétaires Véronique et René sont super accueillants, sympathiques et arrangeants. Vous êtes là dans un coin préservé et le quartier résidentiel est très calme. On peut se garer facilement juste devant la maison ou à quelques mètres. La maison est bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le point fort : des plages (sables ou galets) et/ou criques selon votre envie. C'est aussi un beau point de départ pour visiter les alentours (Profitez des conseils avisés de René!!) En résumé, un vrai petit coin de paradis que nous avons adoré.

Pas très conforme à l'annonce
C'est plus un petit aperçu mer,qu'une vue mer (trop d'arbres devant). La plage à 100m est plus à 200 voir 300m de plus pour y accéder il faut d'abord passer par une crique qui est difficilement accessible pour une personne âgée. Enfin pour terminer L'hôte ma demandé 45 € pour le ménage alors que je n'avait pas demandé cette option, je le lui ai dit elle ma répondu un peu gêner qu'elle avait déjà payé la personne qui fait le ménage. Cela fait plusieurs années que je parts en juin avec Abritel, c'est la première fois que cela arrive. Cordialement Mme cristalli.

Erg gastvrij, prima prettig verblijf, pareltje aan de Cote d'azure. Kiezelstranden op loopafstand (paar minuten) zandstrand op 10 min fietsen. Boot naar Toulon aanrader. Zon ochtend en middag. Overdekt terras. Kortom heerlijk genieten.

Séjour inoubliable dans un site exceptionnel
Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans le logement cosy de Véronique et René. Mention spéciale pour le confort des matelas, la décoration très soignée et le jardin particulièrement accueillant. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, et possède de nombreux rangements libres pour vider les bagages. On déjeune avec le bruit des vagues car la mer est toute proche: on la voit entre les arbres du jardin. La rue est une impasse très calme. Deux plages dans des petites criques charmantes et abritées du vent sont accessibles en moins de 5 minutes à pied. Et bien sûr, la région est magnifique: pas le temps de s'ennuyer! Un très grand merci à Véronique et René, qui nous ont accueillis avec grande gentillesse, pour leurs conseils sur les activités, les restaurants, les promenades à faire dans les environs. A la fois discrets et disponibles, ils sont très à l'écoute et attentifs au bien-être des visiteurs. Nous recommandons totalement ce séjour à tous!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Das Haus liegt in einem schönen und ruhigen Viertel von La Seyne sur Mer. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und komplett ausgestattet. Besonders gut haben uns die überdachte Terrasse und der schöne Garten mit Meerblick gefallen. Verschiedene Strände sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wenn man ins Hinterland möchte, muss man aber erst eine Weile durch den Stadtverkehr der dicht besiedelten Region fahren.

Superbe sejour
J'ai passe des vacances magnifiques. Mr et Mme Giraudo sont des hôtes charmants et toujours disponibles. L'appartement est situé dans un endroit tres calme. Il est climatisé ce sui est tres appreciable en cas de forte chaleur. L'environnement est magnifique, il y a un petit jardin d'où on aperçoit la mer et plusieurs plages toutes proches ainsi que de superbes ballades sur le sentier du littoral. Seul petit bemol la reception tnt qui ne fonctionne pas toujours bien. Encore un grand merci a vous Mr et Mme Giraudo pour la qualité de votre location

Wir mieten häufig Ferienwohnungen in Frankreich, Diese hier war bisher eine der schönsten!! Eine sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll dekorierte schöne große Wohnung: 3 große Zi., großes Bad, extra Toilette, abgetrennte, komplett ausgestattete Küche. Dazu kam eine sehr schön überdachte Terrasse mit Blick in einen grünen Garten -- bis runter zum Meer. Ein schöner Naturstrand fußläufig in weniger als 10 Min. zu erreichen; den 2. Strand haben wir mit dem Auto in knapp 10 min. angefahren: feiner weißer , nicht überlaufener Sandstrand, direkt dahinter viele Restaurants. Sehr nette, zwar im gleichen Haus wohnende, aber sehr zurückhaltende und hilfsbereite Vermieter (---die über unser rudimentäres Französisch großzügig hinwegsahen). Diese Wohnung können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!. G+T

Gîte confortable et privé dans un décor de rêve!
Quel accueil de nos hôtes, Veronique et René, qui ont chaleureusement pris tout leur temps pour nous faire voir le logis et répondre a nos questions. Jolis jardins privés baignés des rayons de soleil. On y entend la mer qui est à quelques pas. Appartement confortable et bien équipé, très joliment décoré, où tout sent propre et bon. Bémol connexion wifi et douche peu chaude. Mais quelle importance quand on est au paradis! Fortement recommandé!

Die Lage ist ruhig und in der Nähe vom zwei Steinstränden. Ein paar Gehminuten weiter hat man auch Sandstrand. Die Wohnung liegt im Keller ist klein aber fein. Für 4 Personen ausreichend. Wir wahren im April da. Da die Terrasse zum essen noch zu kalt war, hatten wir einen Tisch für ins Wohnzimmer bekommen. Es musste noch geheizt werden das ging über die Elektroheizung. Der Boden ist ein Steinboden, daher würde ich in den kühleren Monaten Hausschuhe mitnehmen. Im Elternschlafzimmer gibt es eine dünne Decke für beide Personen. Ich würde wieder buchen.

De tuin is prachtig met zitmeubels. Het huis is ruim. Slaapkamer met goed bed en genoeg opbergruimte. Heel fijne doucheruimte- ruim . Keuken netjes met alles aanwezig. Ik mis alleen deksels op de pannen. Ruime kamer , leuk ingericht. Bank is niet heel comfortabel. Omgeving mooi. We werden enthousiast ontvangen met veel handige info. Houd rekening met extra kosten voor schoonmaak/ linnen- handdoekenpakket. De ligging en omgeving zijn het waard.

Merveilleux Mar Vivo
Une très jolie location meublée et décorée avec soin dans un écrin de verdure. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, discrets et sympathiques. Le quartier résidentiel est très calme. Aucun soucis pour se garer juste devant la maison. Enfin... le must : 2 petites plages peu fréquentées à 2 min à pied à côté desquelles passe le sentier littoral. Bref : le top du top !

Location parfaite pour séjour parfait
Tout fut parfait lors de notre séjour.depuis l'accueil qui fut excellent jusqu'à notre départ. La location est idéalement située dans un quartier calme et proche de toutes les commodités. 2 plages se trouvent a moins de 10'mn a pied. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et très fonctionnel rien n'y manque. Les hôtes sont très prévenants et de bons conseils. Nous recherchons sans hésiter

Die Wohnung war hervorragend. Sie war für 4 Personen absolut groß genug. Die Einrichtung war komplett und geschmackvoll. Durch die Souterrainlage war es schön kühl in der Wohnung. Der Blick in den Garten und zum Meer waren bezaubernd.

Magnifique endroit et très bel appartement
Très bien acceuillis par les proporiétaire qui résident aux étages. La tranquilité des locataires est un point d'attention tout particulier des proporiétaires. Très belle situation, propreté impeccable: A recommander!
