"Very basic no-frills accommodation. We had a challenge checking in due to our inability to speak Spanish and the clerk not having our reservation and seemingly not having a working computer. Eventually we were given a smaller room than paid for (one queen and one single)- it worked for us after a long day of travel, so we didn't complain. Neighborhood was a bit noisy before midnight. Auf die Frage, warum - haben wir nur ein Rausreden erhalten bzw. dass das das einzige freie Zimmer sei, obwohl wir bei der Buchung zwischen dem gebuchten und den schlussendlich erhaltenen Zimmer auswählen konnten. "Muy cómodo y a pasos del centro de La Serena, con transporte y negocios varios cerca. Desayuno bueno y completo, cama y baño cómodos y limpieza buena. Lo único malo fue que, al estar en una habitación ubicada en el pasillo central, se escuchaba el ruido de la gente llegando por la noche y era incómodo."
