"The house is very big and homely. The pool was delightful. Hosa met us on time and was very helpful and explained everything. The house has everything you need. There is no tv but for us that was no problem. There is free WiFi so you can use that. Overall it was great and I would use the accommodation again. "

"We have stayed in Gran Alacant several times but this is the first time I have had to leave a negative review. The property was dirty, there was rubbish under the beds from the previous occupants, what looked like dry blood on the wall, surface dust everywhere. The pool was dirty and it was only cleaned 4 days into our stay, there were 2 cameras that we could see - 1 at the poolside and 1 in the living room, this was an invasion of our privacy and if it was stated in the listing I'd have booked...
