Recently built in 2024 by a famous Italian architect, with a minimalist style and modern furnishings, a 6-bedroom villa located inside, in the most central part, of Casa de Campo Resort, on the beautiful southern coast of the Dominican Republic. The unique design is perfect for groups and families who want to spend time together in an incredibly heavenly environment.

The villa has a beautiful outdoor pool, a heated jacuzzi, an open shower and a wonderful and peaceful garden.

An essential feature is the location of the villa.
Very central location to all the services of the Casa de Campo Resort: beach, hotel, Marina, golf, bike paths and walking trails.

For the little ones, the villa is equipped with an inflatable garden pool, some pool toys and beach toys. You will also have a high chair and two cots available.

Also included in the price is an inflatable castle for children from 1 to 6 years.
There is also the possibility of renting a larger castle for older children.
It is also possible to rent a pool fencing.
The villa is equipped to accommodate disabled people.

The villa has 6 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom, walk-in closet and all are equipped with AC inverter.
There are also AC inverters in the dining room, living room and kitchen.

Three bedrooms have a California King size bed, while the other three bedrooms have two queen size beds each.
The bathroom linen for each bedroom consists of two 600g 100% Italian cotton towels, two 600g 100% Italian cotton bidet towels, two 600g 100% Italian cotton shower towels and two 450g M and XL size bathrobes.
The bed linen is made of 100% extra fine cotton (satin, percale).
All our fabrics are 100% hypoallergenic.
There is also a guest bathroom. The living room is very spacious with four sofas perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

The price paid for the villa includes a Professional Chef (also specialized in vegetarian, celiac and vegan menus with decades of experience in high altitude catering areas), for the preparation of snacks and lunch, 2 waiters for cleaning the rooms, 2 waiters for table service (our waiters can prepare the cocktails of your choice throughout the day), a concierge, a driver / butler and a gardener / pool attendant, all available in the villa.
The staff's working hours are from 8:00 to 17:00. From 17:00 onwards, a maid will stay in the villa for the night and will be available for any emergency.
If you would like the staff (including the chef) to be available for dinner after 5:00 PM, the additional cost is $200 per dinner service.
Also included are three golf carts: two four-person electric golf carts, one six-person electric golf cart. A Chevrolet available at Casa de Campo and driven exclusively by our driver. (Fuel not included).
The patio is spacious and overlooks the golf course (hole 14) and the lake.

Food and beverages are not included in the price. The guest can shop at the supermarkets with the help of our chef and driver.

Once the villa is booked, our Concierge will contact you to plan your stay: airport transfers, massages, excursions, charters to Catalina or Saona Island or fishing, restaurant reservations, etc. Additionally, during your stay at Los Lagos 16, our on-site concierge will be available to assist you with anything you need to make your vacation a unique and memorable experience.

We also inform you that from July 2025 we will make available for the exclusive use of the guests of the villa, subject to availability, an 11-meter SaxDor boat for 8 people at the additional cost of only 600 dollars to visit the beautiful islands of Catalina and Saona.

Upon your arrival everything will be ready and you can book and enjoy your vacation.
