the salon is a wonderful room. the kitchen so well equipped. the location lovely. *if you rent a car, note parking is a challenge in La Rochelle we had a wonderful time. will return!

Lovely La Rochelle
Wonderful apartment, very central and peaceful. Everything available what’s needed for shorter or also longer stay. Many interesting activities in the city or make a short drive to those 2 wonderful islands nearby La Rochelle. Definitely recommend!! Thank you for a good host!

Fabulous thanks apartment, difficult to park
The property is beautiful, very clean and well equipped. France, the property manager was very helpful and communication with her was excellent. The property is ideally situated and convenient for bars and restaurants. However, we had to queue for 30 minutes to be able to park. The nearest car park was full and only had a maximum of two hours anyway. As guests who are in their 70s, we found it extremely difficult to carry our luggage 400 metres from available parking and had to make two journeys. The car park tarrif showed up to 4 hours and we were worried that we had parked illegally. Thankfully, that was not the case and we paid 48 euros for 5 days. France did suggest an underground car park but this was even further away and we wouldn't have been able to carry our luggage. If it wasn't for the parking situation we would, most definitely, return.

J'étais venu pour le marathon de La Rochelle. Appartement très bien situé, au calme. L'arrivée du marathon étant située tout près du logement, c'était très pratique! Une chose est sûre, nous reviendrons.

Cosy apartment in La Rochelle
The apartment is near the old town. 10 minutes by foot. It’s calm but sometimes you can hear the noise from the apartment above. Nothing too intense but it can be annoying. Be aware that there is no dryer only a washer. If you need it, there is a laundry 2 minutes walk. Overall, this is a typical French apartment, where you can spend a good time.

A Beautiful Spot
I enjoyed my stay in La Rochelle. The apartment is cute and beautifully decorated. I also loved the garden. It was close to all the amenities and the beach.

Petite semaine dans un appartement génial
L’appartement est parfaitement situé pour qui veut passé un séjour à La Rochelle avec tout à proximité (le vieux port, les parcs, la place de Verdun et le réseau de bus, station vélo, salle de théâtre, etc). L’appartement est bien agencé, lumineux, confortable, la prestation est vraiment qualitative.
