Apartment of 60 m2 in a luxury residence well located. Near the old port and the train station. 2nd Floor with elevator. Spacious and bright living room. Bathroom and separate WC, fridge / freezer, fan oven, 2 flat screen TVs, 2 large bedrooms, reversible bench seat in the living room. Terrace, garden furniture, secure private parking. Ideal for spending a week without a car.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, flexible during off-peak periods.

Spacious and well equipped
The apartment was in a great location about 5 minutes walk from the old port, cafés, restaurants, a small supermarket and the big wheel. Our week was rather noisy due to musical events a few streets away. The apartment was spacious, bright and well equipped with everything we needed. Secure car-parking was a real bonus. Rene was very kind and helpful and provided plenty of tourist information.

Our "La Rochelle" surprise
Our holiday in La Rochelle was fantastic and our host Renee was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, including kitting us out with bikes, which he adjusted to fit for us. This made getting around so convenient and easy and we enjoyed our bike rides to the various beaches enormously. The apartment was lovely and had all the right gadgets, including some wonderful saucepans. The space inside was great and we felt super at home there. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and location and hope to return in the future. Thank you both so much - we all loved it!! Merci tres bien!

Great location.
Large,well equipped city centre apartment with secure parking. Two minute walk to Port Sud and Quartier St Nicholas. Five minutes to aquarium. Everything is on hand; boulangerie, mini supermarket, bars and restaurants Quieter than Port Nord and therefore easier to find a table. Delightful proprietors. We enjoyed our few days immensely.

Great location for so much to do and see...
We stayed in this apartment for two weeks, two adults and two teenagers. Based on the pictures, we were expecting it to be smaller, but it is very spacious, in a small, modern and quiet building. You also have a private car park, which is amazing as all the nearby roads require payment to park, and they will wait eagerly to fine you! The best thing about the flat is its location. The old harbour is literally a stone-throw away. There are bakeries all around, a small Carrefour City and lots of restaurants. The Concurrence Beach is within walking distance and we enjoyed it a lot. The aquarium is barely five-minute walk away, and the Maritime Museum right by it is totally worth a visit. Anyone interested in history should also visit the Museum of Protestant History and the Bunker. Mr and Mrs Liedts are absolutely charming. Mr Liedts gave us plenty of information restaurant recommendations, and insisted that we call if we needed any help. We even had welcome gifts! We highly recommend this apartment. La Rochelle is extremely expensive, but it is a beautiful town with a fascinating history and we are delighted with our stay.

Clean, comfortable, great location
We have rented houses/condos all over the world and this is one of the best. The owners are very friendly and helpful, the apartment is very clean, and the location is very good. You never need to move the car unless you want to venture outside of La Rochelle. At first, it seemed not to be in a good location, but once we familiarized ourselves, we realized it is perfect: five minute walk to the old port and main shopping section, yet removed enough to be quiet at night. The private, secure parking spot made it easy and they even provided an indoor spot to lock my husband's bike securely. If you go in August or September, be aware that there is no AC, however, there is a breeze all night so it stays comfortable. We highly recommend this lovely place.

Très joli appartement, agréable, tout confbien situé dans La Rochelle. On peut tout visiter à pied.

Encore MERCI pour l'accueil à la gare. En arrivant, belles surprises : Un Pineau des Charentes nous attendait sur la table, et nos lits étaient faits. L'appartement est idéalement situé, près de la gare, du vieux ports, aquarium, tout se fait à pied. Un Carrefour City se trouve à côté, boulangeries, pharmacie si besoin, restaurants ... Et cerise sur le gâteau la gentillesse de Monsieur LIEDTS qui nous a donné de bons conseils et que nous remercions encore.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire.appartement fonctionnel ,parking privé appréciable .quelques équipements seraient à renouveler (plaques électriques et cafetière ) il manque des portes manteau et un dressing dans la 2 em chambre aurait été bienvenue.sinon rien d’autre à dire .
