Located 2 minutes walk from the market and garden Plantes Museum of natural history, this pleasant 40m2 T2 on the ground floor of a small quiet residence can accommodate 4 people. It has a private courtyard, closed wall, and a private room adjoining the apartment to store your bikes and strollers!
Rq: The apartment does not give in the main street! Only the bedroom and the kitchen overlook a small one-way street.
The dining room has a bay window opening onto the green and landscaped courtyard.
The apartment has all the necessary comfort even for long stay! (see Equipment section) EVEN WI-FI

The property was conveniently situated BUT very noisy with traffic late at night and early morning. We thought from the information that parking was included with the property. Unfortunately we had to pay daily and overnight for the car. We would have liked to know before we left.

La Rochelle belle et rebelle
Stayed 11 days at this bijou apartment near everywhere of interest. The property had all we needed for a pleasant stay and was convenient to the old port, restaurants, museums and shopping area. Our hostess Emilie was most kind and as well as providing us with beach towels recommended some excellent restaurants and drove us to the airport at the end of our stay. We would love to return again. Merci beaucoup Emilie.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It's cozy, comfortable, quiet and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. The location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk to the fantastic market and close to all kind of shops and activities. The owner is very nice and accommodating. We will be back!

Emplacement idéal. Le marché n'est pas loin, tout comme le petit Carrefour City qui est bien pratique. La propriétaire a répondu à toutes mes demandes, y compris au-delà de 22h. L'appartement bénéficie d'une petite terrasse très appréciable, même en basse saison. Seuls points à améliorer : les coussins, qui ne sont pas assez épais / la couverture qui mériterait d'être plus rembourrée / l'eau chaude en faible quantité, pour la douche ou le bain. Une barre pour se relever, quand on prend un fond de bain, serait plus sécurisant. Toutefois, la propriétaire a pensé à tout: un tapis de bain anti-dérapant, évite les glissades. La chambre à coucher donne heureusement sur une rue un peu moins passante que celle de l'immeuble, qui est très empruntée. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, nous n'entendons presque plus rien. Enfin, le chauffage est très appréciable, surtout en plein hiver. Je recommande !

Très bel appartement, bien agencé et très propre. Rue calme. Petit jardin bien entretenu et très appréciable. L'appartement contient tout l'équipement nécessaire. L'accueil de la propriétaire a été très chaleureux. L'appartement est très bien situé, nous avons pu aller à pied dans le centre de la Rochelle et sur le vieux port. Seul bémol le stationnement, les deux parkings payants n'ont plus de place à partir de 20 h et donc il faut trouver dans les rues adjacentes ce qui s'est avéré compliqué le dernier soir.

Splendide ville où il fait très agréable de se promener, manger, boire un apéro en terrasse.
Annonce et réalité plus ou moins conforme, terrasse privative demande un peu de suivi d’entretien, appartement au rez-de-chaussée donc un peu sombre. Mais bien placé. Juste dommage pour les travaux dans la demeure voisine (2 jours plus bruyants) et puis travaux de voiries (2 matinées) sur un séjour d’une semaine. Mais relativisons … je ne pense pas que le propriétaire y soit pour quelques chose 😉😀Splendide séjour à Larochelle, nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette ville ❤️❤️
