"First time to La Rochelle - had to use a public car park but it's just a street away. Off season so a skeleton staff - friendly and good English- but tiny part-time bar and expensive breakfast we didn't try. Had a nice terrace over looking a garden that was a touch... post apocalyptic- but it was quiet and the room we had all we needed. Lovely spacious building and very nicely located."

"Liked location. Roof top view of city rather nice. Room at top of building with narrow winding stairs. No elevator. Very difficult if you have mobility issues. Bathroom/shower not clean. No tea or coffee in room. "

"This was such a lovely hotel - very clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were beautiful too. The staff were very helpful and we actually upgraded our room. The location was perfect for us, everything we needed was nearby and is was a short walk to the marina.Would definitely book again."
