"We had a little trouble with check in, having to wait for the manager to meet us, thankfully we had a native French speaker who could phone them to organise. The house itself was very roomy, the kitchen was well supplied with appliances and utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The washing machine and dryer was a bonus. The fireplace kept everything roasting warm and the radiators were very effective also. Lots of different spaces to retreat to. One small comment was that we paid €16 per person...

"Un magnifique séjour pour les fêtes de Noël dans ce superbe loft. Nous étions 12 et vu l’espace qu’il y a nous aurions pu être le double sans nous marcher dessus. Tout est équipé pour recevoir autant de monde ( deux frigos, deux congélateurs, beaucoup de vaisselle et d’ustensiles, une table à manger immense…). "We enjoyed a fantastic week at Valerie’s property. So close to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the Boulangerie and supermarket. The property had air con in the main area which was a welcome relief and was perfectly clean on arrival.There was no outdoor space as such for the kids to play but that was no problem due to how close the property was to the lake. Less than 20 minutes away there was a nice walk with Paragliding opportunities, and a nice chateau to visit which was a good 20 minutes walk...

"A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. "Très bon accueil le logement est agréable et très lumineux. Tout est à disposition, linge de maison, équipement ménager, télés, console de jeux, barbecue vraiment il ne manque rien. "the house is superb, very neat and tidy and well equipped. Upon arrival the janitor could not tell by phone which house it was, only when video calling he could tell us. He should be present to welcome us. The outer gate was closed and we could not get in at first, so that was very poor. The pool was nice but too cold and by the end of the week it became dirty because the pump only worked for 10 hours per day"

"Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."
