Immediately inside, a niche allows for stowing away luggage and travel essentials. The primary space of the studio boasts a cal-king bed, a smart TV, and a comfy lounge chair. Enhancing the ambiance, a gas fireplace and a private balcony provide a serene environment for savoring a morning brew or an evening sip. Adjacent to the sleeping area, you'll find a snug alcove equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and a single-serve coffee maker. Opposite this, there's a spacious closet offering ample storage, an ironing set, and a luggage rack. A full bathroom, replete with a broad vanity, a luxurious soaking tub, walk-in shower, and toilet, ensures utmost convenience just a few steps from the bed. Strategically positioned near the front of Legacy Villas, the studio is close to the main pool and clubhouse, and offers views of a communal greenbelt from its private balcony. Street parking is conveniently located beneath the unit along Classic Drive. The fitness center, Legacy Grille, and hammock garden lie just a stone's throw away, while the La Quinta Resort is a brief 10-minute walk. For larger parties or extended stays, consider coupling this studio with LV219 to form a spacious three-bedroom lock-off spanning over 1700 square feet (subject to availability). An internal lock-off door connects the two-bedroom and studio portions of the condo, ensuring privacy when both suites are occupied by separate parties.
Guest Access:
Prior to arrival, Occupant will receive access codes to electronic door locks and/or lock boxes containing keys to the Premises. The Premises may contain common area keys/cards and remote control device(s) for garage door/gate openers that are the responsibility of the Occupant. Occupant shall pay all costs and charges related to the loss of any keys or opening devices.
The Neighborhood:
The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and townhomes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbecue. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.
La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's American Express is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.
