Amazing stay with family!
This was a last minute trip for spring break with our young family. Ages 6, 4 and 9 months with grandparents. We made wonderful memories. The privacy of the yard is amazing and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We ended up never leaving to have a meal. Instead we enjoyed them poolside. From early morning swims to evening swims and making s’mores we couldn’t be happier. The property manager and team were very responsive and helpful. They made everything very smooth. Looking forward to returning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house is well laid out with good amenities and an excellent pool setup. We had stayed with 8 people total, including 2 - 3 year old kids. The bedroom configuration works well for separation, giving each group their own space. The TV and kitchen area are great for bringing people together. A good fire table and covered patio also work very well.The house was missing some key cleaning items needed for along the way. The dishes were also not overly clean, but that likely stems from the previous group. The location is quite deep in La Quinta, so if you need to head into town or neighbouring cities, you’re looking at roughly a 30 min drive. A good stay overall, however.

Perfect for our large family
The property was perfect for my husband’s 60th birthday celebration with our children and grandkids. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for our group of 10- 7 adults 3- grandchildren under 2. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended this property!

Family Thanksgiving Gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 9 (6 adults and 3 small children) who gathered for a week at Thanksgiving. The house was ideal for our family providing ample space for all. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens and the gathering spaces were clean and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing a Thanksgiving meal - the one or two items we were missing were promptly provided by management. The setting of this home is lovely with views of the mountains and golf course. It is private and spacious. The children loved the pool but also enjoyed playing on the lawn and riding their scooters in the quiet neighborhood. Our sons enjoyed playing a few different courses nearby. Since we were there at the start of the holiday season we took the family to the Wild Lights at the Living Desert Museum which was a highlight as well as to the tree lighting at La Quinta Resort. Some family members also enjoyed the Magic of Lights at the nearby polo fields. It was a memorable stay and we would return. Management was very attentive, however, having not rented through them before we would have appreciated more communication at time of booking. We were not sure if we'd rented through a legitimate service or not and had a difficult time reaching anyone to confirm. Fortunately, all was well and we enjoyed the property.

The ease of checking in and all the amenities were A+. The porperty itself was very well maintained, and the grounds impressive. Dramatic Tranquil Home
This property exceeded what was shown in pictures. The view is dramatic and the high ceilings are definitely a wow. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, as we were able to make a full Easter brunch with serve ware and a few dinners in. The en-suite bathrooms are nice. The bonus bedroom has no closet or bathroom. We had our kids sleep there and keep their clothes and toiletries in the master. The house was clean, the pool lovely. There is a concierge service which was very responsive. Julia and Robert were both incredibly hospitable, gave good local tips and were always available. That said, the booking person, think her name is Kathy, lacks these qualities. She isn’t very responsive to email, I had to email questions several times to get a response and seemed annoyed to have to answer my questions.

Perfect Winter Getaway

The home was more luxurious than the photos show and it was a great space for entertaining our large family (including our 1 and 3 year old). The kitchen was well stocked with high-end appliances including a Vitamix, Instant Pot and everything you would need for daily family meals. The pool and outdoor lawn, along with the courtyard lawn provided the perfect space for our girls to play and they enjoyed picking lemons from the trees on property and grapefruits and oranges during our morning walks through the neighborhood. The living room was also the perfect spot to watch the sunrise with our baby daughter and the outdoor patio was great for entertaining, relaxing and watching the sun set behind the mountains during cocktail hour. This house is a must stay in the PGA West community.

As for the house, it’s beautiful, spacious, and a truly comfortable setting for a getaway. In addition to the living room, the den is great area to take some private time or relax with a movie. The master bedroom and bathroom are both enormous, and the remaining rooms and casita are all pleasant with cozy, quality bedding. If you enjoy cooking, the open kitchen makes it easy to spend time together and is complete with all the amenities you’ll need to cook up a storm: GreenPan and cast iron frypans, Henckels knives, slow cooker, Instant Pot, Vitamix, double wall oven, etc. For coffee, there was a Keurig, standard drip, French press and Bialetti Moka Pot. The bar area that overlooks the golf course is stocked with plenty of glasses, blender, margarita machine, and all the standard drink prep tools. Though it was a little hot when we stayed, the outdoor area has a covered dining table, couch, gas fireplace, and a solid grill to cook on. Plus, there’s a fire pit that sits on the edge of the golf course. The pool and jacuzzi are lovely, situated close to the house with views of both the course and mountains, and with plenty of seating. The size of the pool was perfect for our little one (and we could even swim some short laps), but it may feel a little small (and shallow) for folks bringing several kids who are bit older. Overall, this house and management team is terrific and we all agreed that we’d enjoy staying at this Airbnb again in the future.
