Welcome to DESERT PLACE- 3-BEDROOMS* Sleeps 6 adults. A great place to relax and get away from it all. This desert oasis has 3 bedrooms with a beautiful new modern pool and hot tub in backyard with 360 Mountain Views. The house is set in a private setting with Modern Decor. Fully equipped Kitchen, BBQ on Patio. There are multiple lounging and entertainment areas. Additionally (x2)Sofas are convertible beds. Desert Place is only a 5-minute drive to Coachella and Stage Coach music Festivals and minutes to endless hiking and biking trails.
ADDITIONAL FEES: POOL and SPA heating available with additional fee. PET (dogs only) Fees apply.
It’s not a PARTY HOUSE. City has strict ordinance about loud music/ voices/amplified speakers and have fines for violation are $1000+ issued to guests.

Pool use: No diving, jumping, rough play or running around pool allowed.

We had a great visit here over spring break with our young kids. House had everything we needed, kids enjoyed the pool, the nearby restaurants we nice and we were close to many hiking areas.

The perfect, quiet get away
We needed a quiet weekend to completely unplug and recharge. There was no reason to leave. We had food, entertainment, everything you need to escape busy and detailed lives.

We rented this property for a wedding that was down the street and it was perfect! We were able to enjoy the pool during the day and the location made traveling to and from events a breeze. The Property Manager was excellent with communication and very accessible. I would recomend this listing!

As listed, Angali was excellent to deal with and very flexible. The house is comfortable and in a safe, friendly neighborhood. The kitchen had everything you needed, and there are two different outdoor areas for different times of day. The pool needs to be heated to fully enjoy

The house was perfect! We brought our dog she loved having a grassy area to lay on the house was so clean and well decorated :) the host was really great she communicated well with us and quickly! We had a hurricane while we were down here and they even went out of the way to Bring us a flashlight in case power lines went down. Really great experience will definitely book again next time I’m down here

quiet in la quinta.....
This house was fun with its bright colors and comfortable. The pool is small (and when we were there, mid October, we did not get any mid/late afternoon sun) but the spa was perfect. The outdoor space off hate master was nice. Neighborhood was very quiet. We were there to golf, so it was a great place to hang out when we were not at the course. The owner was a dream to communicate with.

Grateful to have a cozy house to come home too
Perfect location close to La Quinta restaurants and stores with great views of the mountains. The close access to walking trails was a bonus! The neighbors were quiet and it was pleasant to take our dogs for walks any time of day. It was a little chilly so we didn’t actually get in the pool but it’s maintained well and is the perfect size to cool off in. Our dogs loved the yard and were safe to go outside with out us to chew their bones! The house was clean and cozy with room for storage! Definitely staying again!

Clean home, nicely decorated, refreshing pool. Really hot weather in July, as expected. We never left the pool. Nice sized bedrooms, one bedroom has a desk that my teenager used for schoolwork. Cooler months allow for enjoyable easy access to nearby trails. Anjali is easy to communicate with. We really appreciate her sharing her home.

Dishonest advertisement
The property is nice, but the property manager not so much. The ad indicates an occupancy of 12 people, we were 8 and if we had more people would not be possible without having people sleep on the floor. Watch for extra chargers for using jacuzzi, which was not in the advertisement.

Next year …
Our family of 6 (plus small boy and small dog) hoped to have a between-the-holidays relaxing time away from the crowds in the warmth of the Palm Springs desert, but the airline-fates were against us and 4 (plus small dog) were stuck in rainy Seattle for at least 3 days and so opted to forgo prolonging the travel nightmare. Tough stuff … However, while this trip turned out to be a bummer for those of us dealing with airlines, Anjali (our contact) was super helpful, quite quick in her responses, professional and kind. She quickly returned our pet deposit and, because of her understanding, our youngest daughter’s family (who drove) thoroughly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the warm sunny yard and the well appointed and comfortable home. Thanks Anjali. We have all decided to try again next year!

Quick Desert Getaway
We live in Orange County and were in town for a concert at Acrisure Arena. This rental was exactly what we needed for our weekend away. We rented at the tail end of summer, but it was still warm enough to enjoy the pool; however, use of a functioning spa was not built into the cost of the rental, and I paid an extra $35 to heat it for one evening…and that’s $35 per day. I didn’t love the coffee maker, but that’s a personal preference (P.S. not a keurig). The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, and it was located near any shopping we may have needed had we stayed longer. The owner was communicative and available. It sleeps six, but it was perfect for our party of four :)

Perfect Getaway
4th of July is like a warzone in our neighborhood. It was so nice to stay in La Quinta and this house was PERFECT! We loved the rooms and cheerful colors. Always a little too hot during the day - but the air and fans make the house cool. Had all the amenities and more! We went out to the pool about 6:00 and it was just what we needed. Our dogs are 3 and 9 - and the older one has such a hard time with fireworks. I think we only heard one the whole night! Will definitely go back!!!

Great place and location with dog
We stayed for a few days here with our dog. Was located about a block away from a walking area that our dog loved. Easy check in and out. Host was wonderful and was easy to communicate with. Only a short drive to Joshua tree state park and a little further to the premium outlets. Will definitely stay again on our next visit. Highly recommend this property!
