The signature community offers perks other homes at PGA west do not offer. The community pool and spa area is completely modern, with a large pool, spa, bbq area, and a spacious gym. The home is centrally located ion the heart of PGA west and offers easy access to all of PGA West's courses, Ernie's restaurant/bar, and beautiful downtown La Quinta. This spacious property offers 4 king bedrooms(3 bedrooms up, 1 down) an expansive modern kitchen, and nice western mountain views. Just off the kitchen there is a bbq area and a firepit to be installed this Fall to enjoy the beautiful desert nights. EV CHARGER!

Wonderful Property
We were very happy with property. Everything was really clean. We had easy access to the pool/hot tub/and work facility. We were, however, disappointed by the lack of communication: sent a text to the owner via the VRBO app and never heard anything back, sent a couple e-mails regarding the guest portal app and they went unanswered. With regards to check-in, we received several emails and would have been nice if all the details had been contained in one email. The pluses of the property outweigh communication issue, and we would definitely stay here again.
