Nestled within the exclusive guard gated community of Signature at PGA West, you are just steps away from the Pete Dye Stadium Course, Nicklaus Tournament Course and Greg Norman Course and less than 4 miles from the Polo Grounds, home to Coachella and Stage Coach music festivals.

This is a single level, 1900 SF, 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath home with open floor plan and indoor/outdoor entertaining experience. The yard comes equipped with a three-hole putting green, gas fire pit, barbecue, lounge seating, corn hole and mini ping-pong table.

Guests also have access to the Signature Community Clubhouse, Pool and Fitness Center, where they can use our selection of pool noodles and inflatables!
