LV021 A Single Story Studio Close to the Main Pools, Gym and La Quinta Resort!

A single story studio at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. The unit offers a king bed, desk, TV and wet bar with a compact refrigerator and microwave. Just steps from a satellite pool and hot tub and a short-walk from the main pool area and fitness room, enjoy desert living in one of the best locations at Legacy Villas. The studio bathroom has a single vanity and a separate shower and soaking tub. The bedroom opens to a private patio on a greenbelt with the gated resort community. Parking is located on Classic Drive less than 30 feet from the unit. The villa offers tremendous value for your next trip to the California desert. The unit can be combined with LV213 to create a spacious 3 bedroom unit (subject to availability). The condo has an interior lock-off door between the 2 bedroom unit and studio unit. There is an expectation that guests minimize noise around the door from 10pm-8am.

The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and townhomes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbeque. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

This studio was just as advertised. It was incredibly convenient to two pools. From what I understand, it was off season so it was quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect getaway for us. The room was clean and quiet with just the amenities we needed and the grounds offered so many options for pools that it was easy to find a place to relax and enjoy the sun.

Great Studio condo
We have stayed at a few of these in Legacy Villa and this one has a great location. Real nice outside patio by the greenbelt, very close to the main pool and to the lap pool. Definitely would recommend it!

SUMMER KICK OFF IN THE DESERT
We love the Legacy Villas! Super cute and conveniently located in darling La Quinta. We had a 15 second walk to the pool, great little patio for mornings, wifi, great parking, and a cute breakfast spot at the big pool. All we needed! Our grown kids stayed in another unit across the street! we will return, again and again!!

I have stayed in many l9ck out studios in Legacy Villas. This one was clean, quiet but pretty bare bones. Had to stand out in front for 20 minutes to reach an agent when code for entry did not work. The agent was helpful and got a new code which resolved the issue. The room was clean and everything worked, but would have liked written instructions for wifi and TV. The heating system was a mystery, either freezing or stuffy, with only one speed on the overhead fan (high) but luckily a window opened and it was fine with the cool night air coming in. So, all Ok.

Great location in La Quinta
This studio unit is in a very nice location across from the main pool and very close to a smaller more private pool and spa area. There is a very nice patio to relax on. The abilty to take a short walk to the La Quinta resort is a very nice option to enjoy drinks and dining.

We love our times at Legacy Villas. The grounds are so pleasant to walk around. We enjoy our studio. Our only issue with LV021 was with the refrigerator. We had a thermometer and it never got colder than 49 degrees. We lost a couple of items of food. But other than that, we appreciate the closeness of the lap pool. It always a special time for us at Legacy Villas. May we have many more! Joel and Marylee

An Oasis in the California Desert
The whole experience was seamless from check in to check out. The property was gorgeous, tucked right inside the mountains. Morning walks around the complex were breathtaking! The location is great, close to stores, restaurants and sights. You definitely need a car to see it all. Within a half hour from Palm Desert and Palm Springs.The room was comfortable and clean although we missed having a full kitchen since we stayed 2 weeks. The numerous pools were beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tubs as well . The Grill restaurant near the main pool has amazing breakfast and lunch on weekends. We wished it were open every day! Any questions we had, were quickly answered and addressed by the management. Bring warm clothing for the morning since temps in the desert can drop to 40 degrees But reach the mid 70’s by noon. El Paseo in Palm Desert is a quick 15 minute drive and we’ll worth the trip for a huge variety of restaurants to suit all budgets. The shopping is amazing too. So we’ll kept with events happening all the time. Palm Springs is where to go for night life that starts at 5pm.... Live bands with cocktails or the best meal of your life! Definitely recommend this place and love the area. I’m hooked on the Coachella Valley for a sunny mid Winter getaway .
