"Had an amazing 5 night stay at the hotel. The interior is beautiful and clean. Our stay coincided with my girlfriend's 30th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make the day special for her. The spa facilities are also great and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel is in an ideal location and great for shopping and proximity to restaurants. I can't recommend the hotel enough 10/10. "

"Great location within walking distance to all major sites in Lyon. Fabulous exterior. Very nice lobby and restaurant on site, with great ambiance. An excellent spa, with very attentive staff. Room service works like clockwork, better and more reliable than you'd find in any hotel. Rooms are rather basic, however; bathrooms are clean and modern, but the rest of the room feels dated and cheaply made (old carpets, cheap desks, worn out lamps, etc). One of my TVs did not work. And the gym is tiny...

"Good hotel in a central location. Easy to get to the olld town and surrounded by great little cafes and shops. We had a standard douple, its not the biggest room but was fine for us. "

"Positive: Despite the central location, the hotel is very quiet. Amazing to sleep. I found the beds very comfortable and the room was also big enough. I didn’t try the breakfast so I cannot say anything about it. The staff was also very nice. What I didn’t like was: I was confused about the room service. "The hotel is very nice. It is well decorated, super well located, and it has a very nice vibe to it. The building is old, so there are a few things you should take into account: the elevator is small and slow, and halls are small and a bit inconvenient. But the rooms are big and well furnished, very clean, and very nice. The bathroom in my room was very spacey, and well equipped. The room itself had a balcony with a great view of the city, and very good heating. Breakfast was not outstanding,...
