"Terrific place, very nice atmosphere and decor. Comfortable and welcoming throughout. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the morning and evening and the different birds than we have at home. My husband enjoyed cooking on the large grill each night. The wine from the local winery was terrific. We had a great time and would definitely consider returning."

"I came with dogs to a rural place so they could run around while my own house on VRBO was being rented instead of keeping them in the kennel. There were a lot of grassy areas and woods with a pond and paths alongside cornfields to explore. Unfortunately, it was a corner lot close to 2 streets and there were several cars a day going fast and one without a stop sign, so I was very worried and was shouting a lot. If it weren’t for that, it would’ve been perfect because the house inside was comfortable and so was the bed, there were different rooms I could watch TV in. the air-conditioning worked great and so did the internet. The house was modern and definitely worth the money!"

"We (2 sets of grandparents, 1 set of parents, 13 & 9 year old) had a fantastic 3 day weekend at the cabin. Property owner was easy to deal with. Everything was very clean. The common spaces (both indoor and out) were even better than expected. Other than a quick trip out for ice cream, we just enjoyed the comfortable and spacious surroundings to play games and relax. Everything was very well stocked-plenty of consumables such as TP/paper towels/soap that some rentals provide only small starter amounts of and lots of fun adds like a cornhole set and specialty drinkware. Minor recommendations for the owners... The kitchen was generally well stocked with dishes/utensils but a true skillet would be a nice add, as well as a plastic spatula. We also had plenty of bath towels, but could have used more handtowels. Minor warning to potential renters... There is plenty of space for sleeping if your party is flexible-including lots of extra bedding as well as comfortable extra mattresses and pullouts. That said, if you have specific plans/people that require a bedroom with a door that shuts, be aware that the second actual bedroom is very small and 3 of the 4 sides of the bed touch a wall. This was not workable for the older couples in our party because they get up frequently during the night and aren't mobile enough to continuously crawl across one another. This was the only issue of something being less than we expected, but was fine with the other available options."

"The owner helped us by being flexible and accommodating. We got a day of reservation and there was a problem with the booking. He was quick to respond and fixed the issue right away. We were in town saying goodbye to a family member and the services got moved around several times. With a 2 and a 4 year old needing a nap and a place to hang, we were able to extend our check out for a small fee. Will stay again this summer!"

"The location was perfect for us, as our function was being held at the fairgrounds just across the street! It's an older home, but has been totally updated. It was spacious for just the two of us! Communication with the owner was fast and easy!! Thank you for a lovely stay!!"

"The house was so cozy, organized, and clean. We had a funeral to attend, and our time there was very scheduled and busy. By the end of the day we were exhausted, so walking into the home in the evening was like receiving a big hug."
