Lovely chalet in a good location.
Good communication from the owners, Matt and Gemma; they answered our questions, and provided clear directions and comprehensive details about our stay.
The chalet was ideal for 11 of us (4 adults, 4 teenagers, 3 younger children). Good combination of beds and rooms, and a large table so that we could all eat together. The kitchen was well equipped, and had plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. Plenty of hot water for baths and showers. (The single bunk, above the double bed, worked well for us, but does need to be used by an agile adult or teenager.)
Having a code to get in the front door meant no worries about losing a key, and that it didn't matter who returned to the chalet first. Heated boot rack was useful, as was the underfloor heating on the ground floor, and the children loved the little sledges. (They also spent a few hours playing in snow on the balcony, while tired grown ups watched from inside.)
The chalet is a short walk, up metal stairs, from the free telebus to Plagne Centre. A little further and you reach shops, restaurants, and the main Plagne Villages snow front - lifts, pistes, and lots of ski lesson meeting points. It would be possible for good skiers to ski directly from the chalet.
