This charming, new and spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, located in the heart of downtown La Paz, has it all! Main bedroom with private bathroom, high ceilings, private parking, wide TV with Netflix, super fast Internet, fully equipped, among other things are the main amenities of this condo where you can walk to all the best restaurants, cafes, beach, basically, to all the best of the historic center of the city.

The space is unique since it already has everything: private parking, washing machine and extractor, super fast Internet of 20 Mbps, fully equipped, balcony with view, high ceilings, super good location to walk to all restaurants, bars and points of interest in the city, such as the boardwalk, comfortable bed, climate throughout the Condo, fully equipped kitchen and more.

There is a common outdoor patio area that has an outdoor grill, the patio has good shade and serves to relax a day after the beach. The washer and dryer area is also a common area, they are efficient and simple to use. You can have an exclusive parking space for you.

We will be available for any detail, since we are almost always in the unit, but it will not be necessary since all the details have already been taken care of. I will make the best recommendations to the activities par excellence in the city. - holy spirit island tour - yacht ride on the bay - transportation to the best beaches. - recommendation of the best restaurants and bars. - best villages around.

To access we have an automatic security padlock where you can find the keys to the apartment once you confirm your reservation, we will pass the key code to open the padlock gate where the keys are, it is super easy and safe. so you can arrive when it suits you, in your schedule and without pending by us. Once your reservation has been confirmed, ask us for the code and the photos to facilitate this instruction. Your set of keys should read "Star House"

We are also a tour company that offers tours called Baja Gourmet Experiences, contact us and reserve the activity that most interests you. From gastronomic tours to swimming with whale sharks, we have it! Please contact us if you are interested and want to ask us about prices and availability.

Excellent location
We had a wonderful time in La Paz. This rental is in a great location, walkable to all the eateries and Malecon. Nice perks like gated parking. The space was perfect for our family of 3.

Not to recommend. Poorly run.
It was OK until we realized that a lot of things weren't working or were broken and when we contacted the manager they didn't respond for several days. I only gave them 2 stars because when they did respond and fixed the lock and the water they were really nice but they need to respond more quickly and the place did not look like the photo at all. it's very basic. the Wi-Fi was OK not great The lock was not working correctly on the door the water ran out which they fixed fairly quickly which was good the dryer did not work which was not fixed . There was not enough parking, our car got blocked in.

Great location!
We were there for 5 weeks and enjoyed the stay. The condo itself was good. It could use some updating but is clean and comfortable. John manages the property and is very responsive to tenant requests. They cleaned the unit weekly and did a great job. Overall the best thing was the location! Just blocks from the malecon and walkable throughout the Centro. We definitely got our money’s worth.

Great location to stay but it could be improved.
As my daughter said, with a little maintenance this could be a gem. I know that it is a tough situation for the property manager, John, versus the owner of our property. The instructions for access need to be updated. When we arrived it took a while to get in as the keys were in the wrong lockbox. And we had to get the combination to another lockbox. The WiFi information was also not correct. One bathroom did not have working lighting in it, but that got fixed a while after our arrival. Also they forgot to provide linens for the pull out couch and towels for our fifth guest...which was remedied when the bathroom light was fixed. They also said they would provide another large bottled water for the bottled water dispenser and that never happened. Also the listing is inaccurate as while there is a washer there is no dryer....and we had been on the road for a long time so that was inconvenient. John was very helpful...allowing a motorcycle tire for my son to be delivered to his home. Would we stay there again? Yes.
