The Space:
The 2-story home is located in the new Hispania Residential development just 5 minutes from Liverpool Mall, 10 minutes from the airport, and 15-20 minutes from downtown La Paz and the seaside Malecón. It’s a newer area where you can find some cool restaurants and bars for all tastes, and near the home are grocery store options nearby like Chedraui and Walmart. In the Hispania community, you’ll find an awesome pool surrounded by lounge chairs, a shaded area with lots of dining tables, and a playground for the kids! It’s the perfect place to stay and to make fun new memories in La Paz!
The highlights of the main spaces of the home:
- An open floor plan that welcomes you with natural sunlight that permeates the space and brings the energy up. The SITTING AREA offers a comfortable L-shaped sofa where you can sit back and relax after a fun day.
- A well-equipped compact KITCHEN that features quality appliances and the basics you’ll need to prepare meals at home. Of course, we didn’t forget a coffee maker to help get your day started and a blender for those afternoon mixers!
- A DINING TABLE to enjoy home-cooked meals.

- Please be aware that the designated parking space is currently occupied by the owner’s car, so the property does not have a reserved parking spot and only offers street parking.
Guest Access:
This is a self-check-in property using a door code. Upon arrival to Hispania, let the guard know where you are heading, and you will need to provide an ID.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the Hispania Residential neighborhood, a newly developed subdivision just about a 15-min drive outside La Paz’s Zona Central. You’ll be about 15-20 minutes to the seaside Malecón.
Some of the most popular places, attractions, activities, etc. in La Paz:
- Kayaking or SUP Paddleboarding on the Sea of Cortez/La Paz Bay
- Sea Lions at Los Islotes at Espiritu Santo Island
- Whale-watching tours, or go sailing or boating on the water
- Swim with Whale Sharks (when in season - Oct 1 to April 30)

Getting Around:
The property is about 6.5 km | 4 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 189 km | 117 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
We offer a private shuttle service from either airport. It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfer. However, there are other means of public transportation, like the bus or other shuttle services. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).
The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.
There is construction going on in front of the property, with noise from 7.30am to 5pm from Monday to Saturday.
Guests will need to obtain wristbands at the main gate for club access. Wristbands are available at a cost of $20 MXN per person.
Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
Please note guests must climb stairs.
Per HOA bylaws, noise of any kind is strictly forbidden after 9 pm, and no pets are allowed on the property.
Wi-Fi, SmartTV, bed linens, bath towels, and some essentials are provided free during your stay.
Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.
Please note that the pool is not heated.
We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items, such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains, will be charged at the time of checkout.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in in cash.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises, this includes tobacco, cannabis, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon checkout. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
HISPANIA RESIDENCIAL RULES AND PENALTIES FOR NON COMPLIANCE

- Uncollected pet waste on public roads or someone else's property
- Vehicles driving in the wrong direction
- Vehicles driving at excessive speeds
- Vehicles parked on red-painted curbs or permanently in Oasis
- Leaving food available for stray animals

- Presence of loose pets
- Loose trash or trash bags without a bin on the street or sidewalk
- Trash in bins without a bag
- Trash bins left outside the property on non-collection days
- Noise from construction activities outside permitted hours (Mon-Fri before 8am and after 6pm, Sat before 8am and after 4pm, prohibited on Sundays)
- Non-compliance with access control regulations
- Blocking pedestrian traffic on sidewalks
- Vehicles parked on public roads without moving for more than 48 continuous hours
- Lack of trimming and cutting of bushes or shrubs within unoccupied private units

By sharing this in advance, we aim to keep your expectations aligned and maintain the high standards we are committed to.
