The Space:
This luminous and spacious 129 sqm | 1,388 sq ft condo lies along the coast of La Paz Bay in a prime location. The condo is on the third of the six-floor La Concha Condominium complex. It’s conveniently located and definitely exudes a beachy Mexico vibe!

The main spaces of the condo:
- An open living area with comfy sofas and a cozy horizontal armchair for watching TV and enjoying your relaxing moments at home. The armchair doubles as a single bed for an extra sleep spot if needed.
- The living room has direct access to a large private balcony with amazing ocean views to enjoy anytime, but especially beautiful at sundown with the famous La Paz tangerine sunsets! You’ll find an outdoor dining table to sip your morning coffee or dine al fresco and some cushioned chaise lounges
- The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up any meal at home with a stovetop, oven, microwave, and important extras like a coffee maker for your morning coffee kickstart!
- 1 bedroom & 2 full bathrooms to accommodate 3 guests as such:
BEDROOM: 1 King bed with an ensuite bathroom & direct access to the balcony
LIVING ROOM: 1 Single/twin bed that shares the other full bathroom with the living area
- A washer, dryer, and iron in the condo for added convenience
- A free designated parking spot “304” at the condominium complex

This is a self-check-in property. Just enter the code to enter. There will also be a code for the beach gate. These codes will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

Important Note: There is will be painting work and maintenance in the exterior from July 1st until mid August approximately.

Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.

Please note that the pool is not heated.

We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
-Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
-Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
-Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
-If you use the washing machine, wash only when you have a full load

We appreciate your support and understanding & must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property and if it is necessary to refill the water, this will be the responsibility of the guest.

Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, bath towels, and some basic essentials are provided complimentary during your stay.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.

There is no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like to arrange to have the place cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional charge.

There is a shared laundry area between the 2nd & 3rd floors. You’ll need to first buy a laundry token from the guard at the gate in order to use the facilities.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in in cash.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- NO smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed on the premises. The use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy in the condo during your stay, with shared access to the pool. We’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

A good option for the value
The Concha Condos is a great spot, just 15 min north of La Paz, easy and inexpensive to get to in a taxi, but offering a bit of rest and peace oceanside. The apartment was very spacious, a wonderful balcony overlooking the Playa la Concha, a large one-bedroom and a single bed in the living room, excellent amenities on site—the use of a pool, jacuzzi, and easy ways to rent kayaks for the day. The place was very peaceful. We were extremely pleased with the location, and all the condo amenities. It is a bit challenging without a car (there are no supermarkets near by), but we found Didi and Uber taxis very inexpensive to get into the city ($70-$100 MXN one way). The only suggestions I would make is a bit more information to help guests, like: explaining garbage separation (we didn't realize they collected organics for composting and recycling until it was too late), explaining how to get drinking water (you can buy a refill for a water jug from the guard at the gate, with no need to get to a supermarket), mention the gate key to access the beach and the code to enter in the front gate would all be helpful information. Likewise, having the extra bed made up on arrival, and offering a couple, inexpensive staples on hand so you don't have to buy them for a short stay would be very appreciated (ex: salt and pepper, cooking oil, dishwasher soap to leave the dishes clean when we left). They are small things, but would turn all my lower star ratings to a 5, without much effort.
