The elevator in the building is out of service until further notice.
During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
Please note that the neighboring property behind the building has 8 dogs, which may occasionally be heard from the property.
Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.
We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
- If you use the washing machine, please wash only when you have a full load
We appreciate your support and understanding & must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility.
Wi-Fi, TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and some essentials are provided free for guests during your stay.
We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at check out.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange for the place to be cleaned during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.
Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will be a $20.00 USD fine.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
To ensure full transparency, we want to let you know that the upkeep of common areas is managed by the complex administration. While we strive to provide an excellent experience, the condition of these areas is beyond our control. By sharing this in advance, we aim to keep your expectations aligned and maintain the high standards we are committed to.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. First, note that the residential area is a guard gated. You’ll need to drive to the visitor’s gate to get checked in by the guard and then continue to the condo building. All the access information and codes if needed will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.
