Villa 6 is located a few steps from the beach, it has three bedrooms conditioned with three beds and two bunk beds, enough space to accommodate up to eight people. You will enjoy its unique spaces such as interior patio and terrace, equipped with all the comforts both in the kitchen and in the bedrooms.

**The Base Fee shown on the platform only includes four people. Extra charges from the fifth guest onwards. We always ask you to register the exact number of people in your reservation so you can see the final rate

Within the amenities, your reservation include one day free access to the Caimancito Beach Club within the Orquid House , which is 600mts away from the development. It has a restaurant and a bar on the beach shore. Along with your access to the club, you have a consumption of $500 pesos per person that goes on our own. Book with us and ask about transportation.

Guest access
With your reservation you have access to the complete villa, the beach, the Marina Cortés area where you will find a couple of restaurants, a mini market, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, coffee shop and ATMs among others.

For the golf course, green fee is paid and booked directly on the El Cardón website.

Other things to note
This property is located in a independently managed housing complex so it is subject to unforeseen events such as sudden construction and repairs, external noises, as well as sudden limitation of certain areas.
