"We stay just for a night but the room didn’t have towels, amenities or refrigerator. The hotel don’t have bar or room service. The condition of the room was like as if they were renovating so is questionable the missing moldings, floor and ceiling condition. I ended paying the same rate that other hotels with basic hotel conditions (refrigerator, towels, shampoo....etc) were offering, unfortunately it was late, we have a baby and the need for the room didn’t let us refuse it. "Habitaciones comodas, bien aseadas, apenas para pasar una estadía corta. "

"Terrible, ustedes en su pagina me mostraron una información totalmente falsa y errónea a lo que en el hotel me ofrecieron, me pusieron en una habitación que no tenía nada que ver con la descripción que salía en la página, lo único que me supieron responder es que ustedes “hoteles.com” están dando información falsa. Ni aire acondicionado ni nada de lo dicho en la descripción a la hora de hacer la reserva. "
