The house is located right in the center of Corralejo. You don't need a rental car. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away. The beach with surfing and diving school is 250 meters away. Bars, restaurants, small shops and a shopping center are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance. There are also car, motorcycle and beach buggy rental companies here. The marina is 600 meters away. From here, short trips to Lobos and Lanzarote are possible. Here you will find a jet ski rental and provider for deep sea fishing tours. It is about a 20-minute walk to the Corralejo dunes.

Three bathrooms: Ground floor: shower, toilet and hand wash basin. Upper floor: Generous bath tub, shower, toilet and hand wash basin. Another toilet with hand basin.

The new, spacious courtyard (400 m² terrace with heated pool 3.50mx 7.50m) is sheltered from the wind. It offers a barbecue corner with gas grill, seating for 6 people and 4 sun loungers with parasols. An outdoor shower with hot / cold water is also available.

There is a safe and alarm system for personal protection.

Fantastic stay close to town
Glorious winter stay, weather was great so the wonderful outside space and heated pool were perfect!! Close to town so ideal access to all amenities , could not have asked for more. We had a late home flight so we were also allowed to stay later than expected - perfect host thank you for letting us stay.

We had a lovely time, home from home everything we needed. My only concern was it was a little bit tiered in places and no air conditioning we were provided with a fan however we would have preferred air conditioning.

Fantastic villa
Such a fantastic holiday! We have stayed in numerous villas in Corralejo, but this is definitely one of the best. It was spotlessly clean, and the manager in Corralejo dealt with any queries we had very promptly. The villa is spacious, and the outside area and pool is so lovely. It takes a couple of minutes to walk into the main part of Corralejo, with loads of great restaurants. A fabulous holiday, we’ll definitely return!

Super location, nice touches with coffee, wine and water in house on our arrival. Very efficient booking process. House a little dated for the price but only serious complaint those awful shower curtains - water everywhere. Would definitely stay there again. 😊

Lovely villa in great location
We had a lovely stay. The check-in/check-out process was seamless. Katja was an excellent local host and was easily contactable. The villa was modern and clean with everything we needed to make the stay as relaxing as possible. It is located a short walk to all the main bars and restaurants. It is also far enough away from all the hassle and bustle. Unless you plan to explore the island then no car is required as you can easily get about on foot. Great price and highly recommended.

The property was as good as it looked on the Vrbo site, add to that the welcome from Katya at the gate even thought we were late arriving. The villa was very well equipped and we didn't need to venture out straight away to get essentials they we're already availability, absolutely brilliant 👏 The location was spot on. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your villa wouldn't definitely re-book when we return in the future

From start to finish our stay was simply the best! Katja the manager of the property was there to greet us on arrival and allowed us to check in even though we were early. The space inside and out is second to none. 3 exceptionally comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with fresh coffee and complimentary wine and water on arrival. Safe and secure and very private too. Outside was spotless as was the pool which is cleaned twice weekly. Any questions Niels and Katja always responded promptly! Really could not have wished for anything more!! 100% recommend.

Family holiday
The property is of good size, but it is very tired and needs some work to it. Everything was there the only thing is there are no cupboards in the kitchen to put food in. Some traffic noise, swimming pool area is a nice sun trap but can also be windy. No air conditioning, beds hard. There are camera's in the hall way and in the lounge area which we didnt like. Close to amenities.

Another fantastic four weeks here. The villa is fabulous, great location for the town and beaches, and all the lovely restaurants in Corralejo. The pool area is so relaxing and the villa has everything you need for a lovely holiday. Many thanks again for allowing us to rent your place. Gutted to see it is already booked for next year!

Vacaciones en Fuerteventura
La casa es espaciosa, limpia y tranquila. Cocina bien equipada, barbacoa, piscina. Hay una amplia plaza de aparcamiento delante de la casa, pero no hay problema para aparcar en la calle. Muy buena ubicación, a pocos minutos andando de las playas y del puerto. Pasamos un tiempo muy agradable allí. Puedo recomendarlo de todo corazón.

Schönes Haus - zentrale Lage
Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Pool in zentraler Lage. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat: - Netter Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer - Abwicklung vor Ort (Nett, pünktlich, kommunikativ) - Gute Ausstattung des Hauses - Außenbereich mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen, Pool, Gas-Grill, - Ruhig, aber dennoch zentrale Lage - zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zum Stadtstrand, in 2 Min. zum Supermarkt Von uns gibt es eine ganz klare Empfehlung.

Lovely Villa in a fantastic location
We had a wonderful week at this villa, it was exactly as it was described on the website. Well maintained and a place we will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay at Fuerteventura and somewhere we will certainly book again. The only constructive feedback we had was the bedrooms don't have a mirror which is a must for us ladies when putting on make up and doing hair. If a mirror could be hung in each room this would be a great benefit. Niels is very helpful when communicating through Vbro and Mathais the Villa manager was always happy to help. Thank you!

Magnifique séjour dans cette villa très bien située
Belle villa où il ne manque rien. Très bon accueil. Commerces et restaurants à 300m. Petite plage de centre ville à proximité aussi. Plusieurs supérettes. Supermarchés à 2 km. Avions loué une voiture pour visiter l’île : dunes de Corralejo, El Cotillo (plages et criques avec mer calme), Lajares, Betancuria, Morro Jable (trop touristique à notre goût). Bref 2 semaines reposantes loin de la morosité ambiante en France, et surtout loin de la foule !!

vivienda en general muy bien en cuanto a localizacion y espacio.
Villa muy bien ubicada en el centro de corralejo. Espaciosa y con unas excelentes zonas de jardin y piscina. En general bien pero creo que seria bueno, teniendo en cuenta el precio de la misma y las alternativas que hay en la zona por el mismo coste y totalmente nuevas, que se modernizase un poco. Algunas cosas están un poco anticuadas (puertas que cuesta abrir y sin topes para el viento lo que obliga a tenerlas cerradas, falta de algunos elementos en la cocina ...). Y falta una zona cubierta en donde está ubicada la mesa exterior. Para comer fuera imposible porque no hay sombra y por las noches se agradeceria poder sentarse fuera a cenar con un techito y no a la pura interperie. De resto todo muy bien.

A great property in the perfect location. 5 minute walk to the beach and main part of the resort, and a 2 minute walk to a supermarket, ideal. Had everything we needed for our family with two young children. Excellent communication during the booking process and while we were staying.
