Welcome to the Balcón de Cotillo complex, Los Lagos, El Cotillo, northwest of the Fuerteventura Biosphere Reserve. You spend your holiday in a prime location right on the beach and sea from the "Playa de los Lagos" and "Playa de la Concha". These beautiful beaches with tranquil lagoons and white sand, or a bay with waves invite you to swim, surf, snorkel or stand - up padlling. Or just to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Almost all apartments are located in the complex have a size of about 40 square meters and are all the same cut with living-dining room kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, terrace or balcony. Only four apartments have a frontal sea view. Due to the "sloping" layout of the other houses, most of the apartments (ours) have beach and sea views depending on how the location is. Sometimes the apartments even have mountain views. So you can enjoy sunrise or sunset from the balcony or terrace.

The apartment "Casa La Piedra" (58)

The approximately 40sqm apartment is located in the lower floor (ground floor) of a house and is reached via the spacious terrace. Due to the staggered situation one takes neighbors hardly was. The apartment consists of a living / dining room (sleeps 2 for children / teenagers) with fully equipped kitchenette. Next to it are the bedroom with large wardrobe and the bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.

The destination- El Cotillo

El Cotillo, the original coastal town in northwestern Fuerteventura, is far from the hustle and bustle. In the alleys of the old harbor district meet fishermen, individual tourists and wealthy Majoreros who have built their second residence here. The charming little town of El Cotillo is known as a paradise for surfcracks, high waves and good wind conditions. There is plenty of sun here. So in El Cotillo an alternative surfing scene has established itself, always in search of new challenges. There are ideal conditions for "windsurfing", "kitesurfing" and traditional surfing. A small supermarket (delicious breakfast sandwiches / baguette!) and more shops are only 4 to 5 minutes walk from the apartment. A larger supermarket, a bank, numerous restaurants and bars, a laundry and other offers can be found in El Cotillo.

The "Urbanización LOS LAGOS"

About ten minutes walk from the "center" is the small settlement in which the apartments "Balcon de Cotillo" were built. Here, lovingly arranged in the typical style of the Canary Islands, the staggered, bright white houses were built. Due to the "privatization" and the associated change in the administrative structure, much has been invested in the renovation of the complex, which consists of a well-tended garden with palm trees, oleander and more. m. is surrounded.

El apartamento estaba muy bien y había de casi todo, lo único que pedía muchos datos e instrucciones para dejar el apartamento, algo agobiante, pero bueno no todos dejan las cosas como hay que dejarlas y por algo lo hará . Buen propietario

Es hat uns super gefallen. Lage, Sauberkeit und Ort des Objektes waren super. Alles wie beschrieben. Lediglich die Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien wie Besteck und Geschirr war etwas dürftig (z.B. nur 4 Gabeln Messer Löffel).

Super erholsamer Urlaub
Los Lagos hat die perfekte Lage. 20 Meter und man steht direkt am Strand und los geht es ins Meer. Ebbe und Flut wechseln sich ab. Das Meer ist meist ruhig, wenn die Ebbe da ist ein Paradies für die ganz kleinen. Das Appartement ist ein Traum. Neu renoviert geschmackvoll und nicht nur die üblichen Pressspanmöbel. Breite Durchgänge in Dusche und Bad. Tolle Küche, gut ausgestattet. Gemütliches Schlafzimmer und eine große Terrasse mit Hängematte. Zur Not ist eine deutsche Familie in der Umgebung und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der Vermieter ist auch immer erreichbar und gibt auf Verlangen gerne tolle „Geheimtipps“. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir haben für November wieder gebucht.
