Ich war für 4 Wochen in Julios Appartement ,die Kommunikation mit Julio und Rosa von der Agency lief einwandfrei,die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich,es war alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit ,WLAN funktionierte gut,es ist eine ruhige und sichere Umgebung,wer mehr Unterhaltung braucht sollte sich auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten, da es doch etwas abgelegen ist,Pool ist direkt hinter dem Haus,den man fast zur Alleinbenuzung hat.Vielen Dank Julio für den sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt 🙂

Nous avons passé cinq semaines de vacances dans un cadre agréable et au calme ,le logement est très bien équipé ,il y a de très belles ballades à faire dans les environs .Le séjour s'est très bien passé.

Absolute Empfehlung!!!
Wir waren 4 Wochen in Julios Haus und ich muß sagen wir würden immer wieder kommen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen in einer Ferienanlage. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und bietet alles was man braucht. Der private Pool liegt direkt hinter dem Haus und ist eigentlich immer unbenutzt so das man ihn eigentlich immer für sich alleine hat. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten an den Stränden von Ost als auch Westküste. Alles in allem und für den Preis ist das Haus unschlagbar und ganz klar sehr zu empfehlen!

Leider wurden Versprechungen nicht eingehalten
Wir waren über vier Wochen in der Wohnung. Haben das versprochene Internet erst 1 1/2 Wochen vor Urlaubsende bekommen.Der Vermieter hatte 6 Monate Zeit. In der Wohnung hat es uns nicht besonders gefallen. Die Couch und die Stühle im Aussenbereich waren sehr unbequem. Der Esstisch war draussen. Innen war kaum Platz. Die Dusche im Bad war auch in keinem guten Zustand. In den ganzen 4 1/2 Wochen haben wir keine Bettwäsche zum Wechseln bekommen. Das zu dem vereinbarten Mietpreis noch MWST dazukommt, war nicht angegeben.
