"The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. "The hotel is decent and worth the money paid. It was located in a good spot downtown, a close walk to shopping and food. The Mercure hotel behind it is connected and offers the amenities like pool and gym (and access to parking). The room itself was quite spacious but the beds and pillows were a bit old, and the AC wasn’t consistent, which made nights unforseeable. The staff was pleasant but they let us know they couldn’t clean the room after 2 pm; we waited an hour for a toilet paper refill....
