"Stay was good the reception service was excellent so was the service in general, the cleanliness of the room was not so good as the bed was not done properly and there was a lot of dust under the bed noticed when we dropped something and looked under to retrieve it, the gym is in need of drinking water and paper towels to dry up ones sweat which was lacking this, for the remainder the place was very good including the service "

"Really nice boutique hotel in the town centre. All the rooms are individually decorated but also very comfortable with a good bed and shower . Very welcoming and helpful staff . Ours was a flying visit so did not get to use then variety of bar/coffee and social spaces which all look very well done."

"This is a beautiful property, both the grounds and the room. We were welcomed and shown around upon arrival. They have a wonderful breakfast that is included. There are walking trails close by and one leads into the town. We visited the restaurants and the plaza has the Fuente de los 12 Canos. I would highly recommend this as a getaway; very peaceful."

"Lovely grounds with pool. We enjoyed a cold cerveza on the quiet patio area. The room is tastefully decorated and the bed was super comfortable. Quite a variety of food for breakfast and well done. "

"Friendly greeting at check in.Excellent service from the staff, especially Imad his attention to your requests goes above and beyond. The apartment had a comfortable bed,was exceptionally clean,very quiet location,Evening meals/breakfast are good and of course the views of the mountainous region are superb. Persevere with the road to the hotel it’s not exactly smooth!! You can think you have taken a wrong turning!! All in all I recommend this hotel and would stay again. "

"Comfortable and quiet place just off the main road to Seville. We were glad to find such a nice place after a full day of driving. Dinner at the restaurant was good and breakfast was not expensive. We were glad that check out time was late. Helped with the jet lag recovery. Staff were friendly and did their best to please with limited English and our limited Spanish."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel for 8 nights on a B&B basis. The room was fairly large and clean, the WiFi worked perfectly, and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful despite not speaking much English. The only exception was Stephanie who spoke English and went out of her way to be helpful throughout my stay. "We have nothing but praise for this hotel! The beds were incredibly comfy, the room was way more spacious than it looked in the picture, and it is super clean! The ‘make your own breakfast’ is really smart - no need to hurry in the mornings :) It’s family run, and they are so nice and helpful. Loved them! The village is cute too, and everyone is really nice and friendly. Lovely Zafra is just a 15 minute drive away. We traveled as a family of three (child aged 8), but it is definitely best...

"This is not a 4 star property, it's 2 star at most. The property is spotless and the surrounding area is stunning. BUT there is nowhere to lounge and read a book in the sunshine only uncomfortable dining chairs. The bar/restaurant is basic. There is a beautiful courtyard outside the rooms where a simple breakfast could be offered and a coffee machine installed.This place could be fantastic. Some of the staff in the bar made you feel you were an inconvenience. It's such a shame."
