"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. "We saw all the terrible reviews on our way to this stay so we were definitely nervous! However on arrival we were relieved, from the outside and reception it is not the most glamorous hotel and if you’re expecting “hotel service” don’t, it is a very basic place, the room itself was clean and very spacious, kitchenette worked great and we saved heaps home cooking meals this week, we couldn’t work out the AC unit however the fan worked fine!
