Maximum sunshine with its southern exposure and two large terraces, one of which is covered.
Villa composed of a large living room with large screen TV, wifi, satellite, opening onto a fully equipped modern kitchen, American fridge, multifunction oven, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine and four large bedrooms including a master suite with a double bed. 160 * 200, a Shower room, dressing room and television. Two bedrooms with 140 * 200 beds and one bedroom with a 140 * 200 sofa bed.
Fully air-conditioned villa opening with berry windows covered in brick partition on two large terraces, one protected by a blind and an under arcade, each with a garden lounge. Weber barbecue on covered terrace.
Superb free form swimming pool secured by alarm.

Bon séjour dans le Var
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison toute équipée et dans un environnement calme. La climatisation et la piscine ont été d'un grand réconfort sur cette période très chaude.

"Location de rêve"
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette belle maison. L'équipement de cette location est extraordinaire, rien ne manque, tout est bien pensé. L'endroit est calme. Le jardin est bien clos ce qui est appréciable ! La terrasse est spacieuse. Tout est fait pour passer d'excellentes vacances. L'accueil est chaleureux. Je vous recommande cette location !!

Très jolie maison de vacances et fonctionnel
Maison très agréable à vivre très bien situé à environ 1 h de toutes les villes intéressantes ( Monaco ; saint tropez ; vintimille etc...) chambres spacieuses, cuisine équipée et pratique.... extérieur attractif pour les enfants ils peuvent jouer et courir en toute sécurité car propriété entièrement clôturée, alarme à la piscine, grande terrasse.... Super moment à la motte je recommande vraiment cette maison et ce propriétaire qui était extrêmement à l écoute et sympathique.... nous reviendrons ces certains !!!! Aucune crainte a avoir !

SUPER VILLA
Je conseillerais cette location pour tout repos ,distance d'un grand supermarché à 10minutes en voiture, plage de féjus,raphaèl 35 minutes, aqualand parachute tiré par un bateau, circuit de voiture marché provinçal , a peine 10minutes, (le muy), enfin tout pour passer un agréable beau séjour.La villa est très correcte belle chambre parentale avec grand dressind ect........super

L'intérieur du maison est parfait : tout nouveau, tout est disponible, propre, airco qui fonctionne très bien... A l'exterieur les 2 terrasses sont idéales (ombre et/ou pare-soleil). Endroit très calme, pas de bruits... L'eau dans la piscine n'était pas 100% clair. Il n'y a pas d'arrosage dans le jardin, donc un peu sec/rugueux. Pas de serviettes fournies (pas clairement indiqué sur le site/ malcompris) En general on a passé des très bonnes vacances là-bas.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Maison très agréable, bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Extrêmement bien situé (à 20 minutes des plages), sans compter la piscine et le coin terrasse qui sont un vrai plus. Nous espérons revenir!

Maison 100% conforme à la description. Proche de La Motte centre et entouré de vignobles, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La terrasse ensoleillée, les chambres de belle taille, l'équipement complet et la piscine ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. A recommander vivement.
