"Great hotel and friendly staff "

"Check in was slow as room wasn't ready even until about 4pm so we had to wait at the lobby for about an hour which was a bummer as we had rushed to end our half day tour by 3pm. Hard to figure out where our room was from the map as we had to head outdoors and identify the right building. Dinner timing is a little restrictive as need to prebook a timeot and it's difficult to get the time slot you want on the first day since those who stayed the night before would have done it way earlier. Direct park access was great though, so I would recommend still because of that."

"Stayed one night on route to southern Spain. We upgraded and wow was beautiful. Central location easy street parking and some great local bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast was exceptional "

"The rooms are very big. The cimplex is HUGE. I was looking forward to a swim in the indoor pool, as advertised. But there isnt a swimming pool. There is an enormous thermal mineral spa (1000m) on site that people travel here to use. The hotel charge €37 to go in. But on a saturday you have to pre book and it was full. Also, the hotel website advertise a room, including dinner and entry to the thermal spa for same as we paid via expedia, for just a room!!!"

"Great stay in the center of town. Beware of self-check in, if arriving outside of their staffed hours. Clean basic hotel and room. Do not try to get to the exact address with a car, since streets are very narrow, and probably not suitable; but park at a nearby parking garage, and walk there. Supermarket and a nice square with many stores (almost like a mall) around the corner, as well as other squares with historic landmarks. Would definitely stay there again."

"We spent 5 nights at this hotel, and for the price, it offered fantastic value. We flew into Barcelona and rented a car from OK Mobility. Conveniently, there was free street parking nearby, along with an unmarked parking area just behind the hotel, which was also free. The hotel is in a prime location: PortAventura and Ferrari Land adventure parks are just a 10-minute walk away, and Salou Beach is also within walking distance. Supermarkets and shopping facilities are close by, making it easy to get anything we needed. The hotel staff were friendly, and the food was good. We traveled as a family of four (two adults and two kids), along with two other families, and had a fantastic time. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as steam, jacuzzi, and sauna facilities, which made for a relaxing stay. Additionally, there were pool and table tennis facilities, along with evening entertainment provided by the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for families looking for a great value stay close to local attractions"
