Situated in a small village (with restaurants, shopping, EV charging, etc. not far away) it's a perfect location to explore the Pyrenees and their attractions. "I was greeted kindly upon arrival and allowed to check in early which I appreciated greatly. Unfortunately the place wasn’t too clean, I found that my towels were stained and one side of one of my pillows also had some unsavoury marks. I also ended up with some itchy bites on my legs, so there is possibly a problem with bed bugs. "Germaine was so accommodating and helpful specially it is my first time in Lourdes. She took good care of me. It was such a short visit for me and I always arrived late at night with the activities in Lourdes. She managed my visit well. A few items for improvement, blankets during cold weather, and towels for bathing. Never had the time to ask for these as I left early and arrived late, but am sure it can be accommodated. All in all a nice visit to Lourdes with my thanks to the host."

"No one to let us in, another guest opened the lockbox. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was complete, shower was good. Breakfast was help yourself, bread, jams, yoghurts, orange juice, tea and coffee, but no milk! Kitchen was well equipped, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee makers, etc. Bedroom was quiet with blackout shutters and a small french television. The whole place was quirky, with a local feel. Expensive for what it was. Definitely not a Holiday Inn. Access via...

"The best think about this place is the owners...they are delightful. We spoke little French and they spoke little English but with a little help from Google translate all was well. The only things worth mentioning for other travellers to bear in mind is that the property is a good 15 kilometres from the nearest place to eat and is in a very rural setting. However, the breakfast is a must with the best coffee of the 8 places we have stayed in during our France Andorra Spain Belgium road trip....

Le gîte était confortable pour 4 personnes bien équipé et propre juste une petite remarque vérifier que la bonde de la douche soit nettoyée.
