"The hotel has asked us to send us a taxi to pick up with lower price but it didn't come. We called and waited for 20 min for it, when it came the driver did not help at all for the luggage and parked outside the port so we had to carry all heavy luggages a long way. The car was one of the dirtiest cars I have seen in my life!!! Even the ceiling of the car was very dirty, I said to him, he did not even reply! The house is on a hill, a long way from everywhere. "Le Nautique was a great stop over place for us. The communication from Annalise before our arrival was faultless and so helpful. We were so stoked by the location of the venue from the airport and Anse Royale. The rooms were super clean and had everything we needed. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’m sure we will be back and would absolutely recommend this property to everyone we know. Thank you so much for being great!"
