Awesome stay - 5 stars!
What a great place to stay! Hosted my colleagues to celebrate our end of FY, and could not have picked a better place in the San Diego area. Host was very communicative and accommodating. I’d highly recommend this place to any large group as there was plenty of sleeping space and areas to hang out without feeling cramped.

Great place to stay and see San Diego

SoCal meets Italian Countryside
We had a beautiful stay as La Mesa for Memorial Weekend for our son's graduation. The home is stocked with everything you need from pantry sundries to towels for the pool. Very thoughtful and through planning to ensure you don't ever need to leave. Thank you. We had a wonderful time.

We had a great stay in La Mesa. The villa is beautiful (pictures don't do it justice vs. seeing it in person). The pool was our favorite part and great for a large family staying here.

Amazing House!
We booked this for our annual golf trip. The house was plenty large enough for 16 adult men. Large spaces gave each of us privacy as needed, but there is also plenty of room to gather without feeling cramped.

The pictures of this house don’t do it justice. The amount of space both indoors and outdoors is amazing. The best supplied house we have ever rented. Centrally located with gorgeous views. Already planning to come back. Scott was very kind and responsive. We had no issues at all and highly recommend this house and San Diego in general.

Wonderful family getaway!
Our extended family with 3 adult children and their spouses and our nine grandchildren from 2yrs. to 19 yrs. all loved the home! The game room was a big hit with the children, the pool and spa were fun for all, and the expanse of the home made it feel like we were never on top of each other. The house was well supplied and Scott, the owner, was very responsive to anything we needed while we were there. The kids all said they want to come back again soon!

Fantastic family vacation
Every year our large family gets together and this house was fantastic. We have many kids with us from infants to teens. I’ve never rented a home more baby friendly, from cribs to diaper pails, and even multiple float options for the pool. There are many stairways but baby gates are provided if you wish. The pantry and kitchen are well appointed. The home is absolutely gorgeous. The indoor and outdoor spaces transport you to the Italian countryside. We had 21 people and never felt crowded with plenty of comfortable places to relax. A short drive from anything you might need and beautiful views at the top of Mount Helix. The owner is very responsive and easy to talk to if you need anything. We absolutely plan on visiting again.

Perfect large family vacation spot!
This home had plenty of room for our family of 18 to spread out - so many places for games and conversation both indoors and outdoors, and an amazing pool and lawn space too! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all of the necessities (including high quality toilet paper 😊). The location was convenient for all of the tourist spots we visited. Scott was a helpful, responsive host and we have no complaints at all! We’d gladly stay there again!

Softball team loved all the space - the pool was perfection!
My softball team and our families stayed here during a tournament in the area. The location was centrally located to all of our games, so it was perfect for us. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and outdoor space which was great after long, hot days of playing softball. We had plenty of space for 20 adults and one infant.

Beautiful and comfortable villa
Nicely appointed rooms with a well-stocked kitchen that had spacious refrigerators, counters and dishwashers. Gorgeous pool area, lots of patios, and great views from every room. Be aware that the hillside design has multiple levels and a LOT of stairs.

Photos don't do justice to this amazing property! It was the perfect place to gather our family of 12, with more than enough space, high end furnishings and kitchen ware, and everything you need to comfortably stay and cook for a large family. The sunsets were amazing, the pool and jacuzzi, and the grounds were impeccable! Scott was a wonderful host. We hope to return again one day to this amazing villa! Mahalo, Scott!

12 adults stayed for 4 nights. Amazing house with TONS of room. The house is so well stocked with food and supplies in the huge pantry. Professional kitchen with huge fridge. Family Vacation
We had a large family gathering with adults and kids and this place was incredible for that gathering. The kitchen had every gadget you needed and the house was very clean. Two of our family members were travelling with toddlers and the place was very accommodating for people in our family from 80 years old to two years old. The views and pool area were incredible. The location of the house was great and within 20 minutes of the places we visited for sightseeing. Our host, Scott, was friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place for a family gathering and we hope to book this property again in the future.

Awesome house!
House and views were amazing. Beds were comfortable. One of the best parts was all the things other guests would leave behind, such as plastic cups, garbage bags, condiments among other things. Scott was an awesome host as well and very responsive.
