"The property sounded like you would see houses and pecan orchards abounding.. the place was noisy, somewhat dirty, the coffee maker did not work and was scaled with hard water The apt was stuffy but to turn on a ceiling fan in the bedroom you had to turn a light on with it. The surroundings left much to be desired. It worked for an overnight place to crash at the lady minute, but would not book again"

"Positives: unit had nice appliances (fridge w/ice maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker); beds were comfortable; no central air but room units worked well. Negatives: middle BR door wouldn’t close completely or latch; 2 of 3 BR’s had only 1 nightstand; good supply of dishes/glassware but very limited silverware; no soap supplied for washing machine or dishwasher. Overall consensus was Vrbo was much better than staying in a hotel. "

"The check in process was easy. Barbara provided clear instructions and was quick to respond to questions. She was flexible in our check-in time. Although the property could use a few upgrades, it was very clean and equipped with most of what we needed for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet."

"I stayed for two days at this location . On the first day I mostly grabbed custard and relaxed at the rental. I somehow missed that the place had a hot tub and pool, so I was pleasantly surprised. The next day, I traveled to White Sands. The Vrbo provided sleds, which I gladly used to enjoy the beautiful park. It was a pretty simple drive.
